We needed a place to stay near Nancun Wanbo for just one night. The room was comfortable, warm, and not noisy. The hotel is set back from the road a fair bit .

I was just about to start my interview at the hotel when the power suddenly went out. At first, I thought it was a problem with the equipment, so I was resigned to it. But then I found out they hadn't charged my card for three days of electricity, even though I booked a room for three days, they only charged for one day. This severely affected my graduate school interview！ You have to know that I flew all the way from the north to Guangzhou, spending over a thousand on the airfare. If I fail the remote psychological test or don't take it, my retest score will be invalid. All of this is sunk cost, and it's just too heartbreaking. After I complained, the hotel staff said I was just after a discount, which made me even more angry！！！！！ 我在酒店刚要面试突然停电了，本来以为是设备原因那我也就认命了，但是发现是他们卡没有给我刷三天的电，我订了三天的房间，但他们只给我刷了一天，严重影响了我的研究生面试。要知道我可是从北方花了一千多机票跑到广州来的，如果远程心理测试不合格或者不参加心理测试，那么复试成绩无效，以上都是沉没成本，太伤心了。投诉以后酒店工作人员说我就是要优惠，更气愤了。

The hotel is good. The room is not that big but it is still fine. It's clean. The front desk staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is also good. They have a parking lot in front of the hotel which is very convenient. No sleepers in the bathroom for taking shower. I hope they can have some non-smoking rooms to give to customers who don't like smoking and the smell of it ... Overall It was good.
