The hotel is clean. The staff are very polite in particular the female staff stationing at the hot spring counter. She was kind and very helpful. She shows her professionalism and respectfulness to my mother and me.

I had a private hot spring and really enjoyed having a bath on the balcony. The breakfast was very average. The restaurant was closed for dinner

The hotel is with excellent location and facilities. But most importantly is the service and the staff. It took me by surprise the number of staff members speaking English and being so friendly and professional. From the reception we were greeted in English and June ,, job number 038 , welcomed us with a smile and care. She made sure we got WiFi connection and we were instructed how to use the card for the in suite hot spring spa bath . We spent amazing 4days and 3 nights. I used also the massage services , which were average level. For any service we went for during our stay June was the one to connect and made sure we got the best service. Another person that contributed to our pleasant experience was the restaurant manager. She was also fluent in English. Honestly, we never expected so many people to speak the language. The breakfast was with mix Asian and westerner food; fresh and delicious. The spa Center was amazing. We had very relaxing and calm break from work and the noise in th EF big city. Just outstanding hotel, service and location .

初三帶小兒子來泡温泉，全家都很滿意 1 小朋友喜歡陽台泡池，位置好，看河看橋都是最佳視野 2 陽台正對煙花燃放點，晚上7點多開始就不停放煙花，直到11點，家人之前都沒在這麼好的位置這麼長時間看煙花 3 二樓中餐廳味道不錯 4 入住時房間還沒清掃出來，安排用下午茶 5 老婆的包忘記在吃飯的地方，回去找已經被存放好，馬上給我們 不足： 河對岸晚上唱歌到太晚，早餐到快結束時很多菜都沒了

酒店位置很好，前台101號48號小妹妹態度很好，熱情接待。我們所住的河景房窗外景觀很美，山水和諧，早上靜逸水波不興，傍晚山的倒影映在河面上非常出片。房間夠大，床夠大，陽台的露天浴池泡湯太爽了！泡一會休息一下看看河景抽顆煙，那叫一個美。早餐豐富，停車方便，就是價格稍高。

餐廳美食：早餐種類比較多，中西餐都有，咖啡機是德龍的，感覺自己被種草了，還是最喜歡吃個熱呼呼的湯粉，其他的炒時蔬菌菇，西點，粥，豆漿，牛奶，水果都挺全的，而且年前人不算都，但是供應很足 酒店服務：從入住到温泉工作人員都很到位，有時需要乾淨的浴袍也會及時送到房間。房間空間很大，格局合理，而且衞生間乾濕分離，空間給的足足的。温泉水也很好，面臨流溪河，公共泡池有茶水和薑糖水供應，很貼心，也有空間供休息，躺椅座椅都有。 總的來説住在這家酒店真的太完美了，拍照很出片、餐飲美味、配套很專業齊全，員工都非常熱情~下次還來

所謂空中温泉水池數量有點小、沒什麼選擇、當日下午四點到店仍未有房、處理有點失望。不過總體還是滿意的。

酒店位置很好，吃飯方便，能免費停車，房間很大很乾凈，本來帶了睡袋也沒用上😆最最滿意的是陽台的私湯温泉池，兩個人一起泡完全沒問題，刷卡取水，兩池水給我們泡的舒舒服服，哈哈哈，還能看到外面流溪河絕美風景，來跨年，晚上各種煙花，太熱鬧了。不虛此行，有機會帶父母再來。感謝前台圓臉小姐姐的熱情服務！度假體驗感賊棒

地理位置優越，在流溪河邊，衞生乾淨，河景房能邊泡温泉邊觀賞美景，服務員態度很好，特別是工號101、037的兩位小姐姐，在入住的時候很耐心的介紹酒店的特色服務和設施服務，離店的時候又提醒我們記得掃碼才能免費領取停車服務

過年期間來這l間酒店居住，感覺太好了，可以一邊泡温泉，一邊欣賞煙花。酒店位置剛好在，燃放煙花場地的對面，可以一飽眼福。酒店房間很大，服務也好，值得再住。

037 ，038 前台服務員，服務很好又熱情 房間環境好位置都方便，清潔衛生 房間溫泉池出水可改進快點，現在出水比較慢 要浸溫泉要等很久 兒童樂園比較細，新，衛生 公共溫泉池水質不大衛生，人太多，地方少 早晨自助餐食物多款好味，但可能天氣凍，食物很快就涼了

位置很好找，雖然是春節來的，但🅿️停車位還挺多的，非常方便！晚上對面公園很多煙花放，邊泡温泉，邊看煙花，非常寫意。感謝037.038熱情接待👍🏻
