Had to ask security guard to phone manage to gain access. the beds were comfy, apartment clean, washing machine and cooking area.

Felt like an old and deteriorated apartment room with a tiny bathroom. The only good thing was the location. Its hard to find, you have to call by phone for someone to come and find you to give you a key. There is no one at the lobby to help.

I had a wonderful experience at the this Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the U.S. Consulate. While the pictures looked adequate enough, the reality was quite different. The room was not clean and shower was also not clean. I tried to take a quick shower, but the water was very cold. The toilet seat as all scratch up and dirty. The toilet flushing button on the wall was being held up by tape. The closet door was falling off the hinges and old. I'm glad that I took photos of the conditions in the room. I would have left this place, but I arrived late to Guangzhou and had to get very early the next day.

Great location, walkable distance to family mart, Lawson and foto spots of GZ TOWER. But the accommodation itself is not even reach a pass. No reception at lobby. You must have mainland phone number to make a call to the host. No wechat WhatsApp way. I saw ppl from local dun even know what to do and standing outside the locked lobby under hot weather. And the room is old and broken. The official photos are really misleading
