We came from Malaysia and stayed here for five nights. The experience was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making us feel right at home. They were quick to help with any requests, and their warm hospitality left a great impression on us. The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if we return in the future!

Amazing service by a staff name Tung. He has helped me with all my directions. The room is clean and ac is great. Don’t expect a 5 star room as this is a budget hotel. I love it. It is value for money. The most important thing is the staff makes all the difference. They are nothing short than a helpful bunch who is always willing to help. The room may need a little updating but to keep, the shower is strong, ac is cold, bed is comfortable compare to other hotels. I have no complaints. Appreciate this hotel very much.

前段時間因為去廣州孫逸仙紀念醫院辦事，就選擇了附近的城市便捷酒店（廣州孫逸仙紀念醫院一德路地鐵站店），整體體驗感不錯，必須來誇一誇。
• 交通便利：位置特別好，距離一德路地鐵站步行幾分鐘就能到，多條地鐵線路交匯，不管是去醫院，還是想去北京路步行街、沙麪島等熱門景點都超方便。
• 房間整潔：房間打掃得很乾凈，沒有異味，床鋪舒適，用品擺放規整，衞生間也沒有水漬和毛髮殘留，這點真的很加分。
• 服務貼心：前台工作人員態度熱情，辦理入住和退房都很迅速，還貼心告知周邊的餐飲和出行訊息。不過，有次叫客房服務，等待時間稍長，希望以後能改進。
• 性價比高：價格在同地段酒店裡算很實惠的，整體設施和服務與價格匹配度高，滿足了我在廣州期間的住宿需求。
• 早餐豐富：早餐種類多樣，有麪包、雞蛋、粥等，能滿足不同人的口味需求，開啟活力滿滿的一天。

我們從馬來西亞過來，在這裏住了五晚，真的特別滿意！前台的小姐姐服務特別棒，不僅熱情又貼心，還送了我們每人一個手工編織的花朵，真的讓人覺得很暖心。每次有問題，他們都很快幫忙解決，真的特別感謝。酒店的環境很不錯，房間乾淨舒適，這次的入住體驗非常愉快。以後有機會來這邊，一定還會選擇住這裏！
