Lavande Hotel

After twice staying at Lavande in Dongguan, the Conghua branch was a big disappointment. The guy on reception was clearly not properly trained. He broke the back of my passport by bending it backwards, unnecessarily to fit it into the scanner which is designed to receive the whole passport. He assigned a smoking room on the wrong floor when I booked a non-smoking room on a different floor. The shelf was not clean. The drying line was wrongly fitted. The sink was rusty. The switches by the door are in the wrong orientation. These are not staff problems but show the poor quality of construction. The view from the windows was the best thing. The other fittings were good, but not as good as Dongguan. When I returned on my second day, my room key was deactivated. Very annoying. I didn’t have this problem at Dongguan. I will stay near Guangzhou airport next week. I decided not to choose Lavande for a fourth time, based on the poor service at Conghua.

該酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就被其高雅而温馨的氛圍所吸引。房間不僅寬敞明亮，而且裝飾風格獨特，細節之處盡顯精緻。酒店設施一應俱全，各種設施讓我在旅途中也能保持活力。員工服務態度親切，專業且高效。位置便利，緊鄰購物中心和地鐵站。總之，這次住宿體驗非常出色，無論是商務還是休閑旅行，這裏都是理想之選。

偶然發現的驚喜，因為塞車開得太累了中途休息一晚。充足的停車位小童牙刷拖鞋，前台茶和咖啡很好喝小姐姐漂亮，房間茶葉差一點，浴室有音樂床品靜音，週末都挺安靜價格適中，值得再去。

過年期間出遊從化，和家人朋友一起，酒店設施完善舒適， 衞生：乾淨衞生 附近有森林咖啡廳值得一去 服務：酒店服務態度好，值得推薦
