The room is spacious and very neat. I like the lighting in the room, the bed is very soft and comfortable. I like this place , will surely come back next time

This hotel is neat and clean, but their service is really terrible due to language problems. It is an international hotel but no one staff can speak or understand in English including all the receptionists it is really disappointing to me otherwise it can be a good choice to stay in this nice hotel.

Always stay at this hotel and the staff is very pleasant to work with, the manager Ben was extremely helpful in making my stay worthwhile and I did request for a change of room and he sorted it seamlessly.

The location of the hotel was very nice and there were some halal restaurants in the quiet neighborhood. Being next to a major road, there was no problem getting a car at any time. However, at night and early in the day, some drunken beggar women will cause a lot of trouble, so try to stay away from them. There is no major traffic to get from this hotel to the airport, so those who want to stay for a short time can choose this hotel. Everyone working in the hotel lobby is very friendly.And if we talk about the price, in my opinion, this hotel can be said to be very cheap when compared to other hotels.

The receptionist can speak english very well and helped me to upgrade my subscription of this hotel... I felt home away from home whenever I book Viena hotels.. If you love classy , this is the place to be lol

I had a bad experience with one of the receptionist,I helped booked my client into this hotel,Only for me to go visit him with some foodstuffs and this rude guy at the front desk said he won’t let me go in because it’s late.That was so awful and embarrassing.This basically lead to a long argument my guest call him and told  him to allow me in yet this guys said it’s late to receive visitors in the hotel.likeeee??

Not recommended at all Not worth the price Reception staff is not very helpful and totally unprofessional attitude Hotel room is not so clean, public areas carpets stinks so bad.
