Good location but the images of the rooms are different to the actual rooms. It’s not very clean but the breakfast is decent !

My parcel was delivered to the reception & they refused saying there is no parcel for me. When I called up the vendor to speak to reception. After waiting 1hr with all arguments with me and vendor. Finally reception went into the cloak room and gave me my parcel.

It is only convenient to metro station, only then that not much. The main street start to jam during around 4+pm and I was stuck in the taxi just outside the hotel for more than 30 min while I was rushing to the airport! I stayed for 5 days with this hotel , and the cleaning lady wasn't doing her job. The floor was not vacuum and the dirt was still laying on the floor for 3 days! During one of the 5 days, we came back and saw the bed was not made. The entrance and parking is so small and cramped that every time we book a taxi, the driver can't get out without help.
