Es roch sehr übel im Flur zu den Zimmern.
Und in meinem Zimmer hingen Bilder, die Naziuniformen ähnelten.
Das Frühstück im Speisesaal war noch nicht fertig und sie sagen, es liege daran, dass nicht genug Leute da waren.
Aber sie weigern sich, mir das Geld für das Frühstück zurückzuzahlen und bitten mich, in meinem Zimmer auf das Essen zu warten, das sie mir erst eine halbe Stunde später bringen.
Wenn Sie direkt bei ihnen buchen, ohne Ctrip, ist es besser, alles auf einmal zu machen. Ich buche das Zimmer jedes Mal für 2 Tage und sie erhöhen den Preis jedes Mal um 20 RMB, wenn ich das Zimmer verlängere (530, 550, 580).

Das Zimmer ist groß, aber etwas veraltet. Vor meinem Zimmer und manchmal im Flur roch es nach Rauch, obwohl das Hotel angab, dass alle Zimmer Nichtraucherzimmer sind. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Viele Restaurants und Getränke in der Nähe.

Highly recommend!!
Room: very clean. Chose non-smoking room and it was perfect.
Drinking water: plentiful. They were 4 bottles provided in the room and more in front of the elevator.
Bathroom: the shower was amazing. Very clean and the mirror is big.
Location: 10/10 very close to Gangding station and walkable to Shipaiqiao station. Has 3+ shopping mall nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel.
I was amazed that for an entire night i didn’t hear any disturbance sound(cuz i didn’t expect much peace cuz the hotel is located in the middle of crowded area)
Ps. Shoutout to Ellie & Jarvis. They were really helpful. Even went outside the hotel and communicated with didi’s driver for me.

1. Service : Really the best services ever for my whole Guangzhou trip since the staffs all really nice especially Helen小覃 🥹 She helped me for my lost parcel and get it back for me. We having this trip in the mid-autumn and hotel provide us mooncake 🥮 too
2. Environment: Really convenient because walking distance only 2mins from the railway station and the shop nearby very easy to access such as restaurant, beverage or convenient store
3. Cleanliness: The room is really big and clean even after the room services the hotel will put it back for us anything that we have used. This hotel really in AI mode too because they will send our ordered take-out meal by using the robot 😍

Returned stay at the hotel. A 4-star hotel with 5-star stay experience. Rooms all modern decorated with voice control and automated toilet bowl which many 5-star hotel don’t even have. Breakfast spread is ok.
Location wise, it is near to many computers shops and big shopping centre and also many eateries around, besides it has a Macdonald store too. It is also within short walking distance to the metro station.
