Dies ist eine großartige Unterkunftswahl! Ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn, sehr praktisch für Reisen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell und der gesamte Ort wird sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Waschmaschinenmöglichkeit, die hier zur Verfügung steht und längere Aufenthalte komfortabler und bequemer macht. Die Haushälterin Xiao Ou war sehr rücksichtsvoll und aufmerksam und ermöglichte mir sogar einen späten Check-out. Danke.

Beim Einchecken schwierig zu finden. Das Zimmer ist etwas renoviert. Das Geschäft im Erdgeschoss befindet sich in der Nähe und es ist tagsüber zu laut. Ich persönlich finde, dass es bequemer ist, ein härteres Bett einzugeben Die Rezeption ist etwas langsam, um den Aufenthalt zu verlängern. Der einzige Vorteil ist, dass das Parken am Rande kostenlos ist. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt nicht sehr angenehm.

Value for money room with complete amenities (washing and dryer machine in the room), clean and comfortable bed. The toiletries are good especially fragrant shower gel. Allow late check-out and luggage storage. The staff (especially Xiao O [小歐]) is very polite, polite and knowledgeable about the surroundings. She even offered us to order home delivery duck rice for my lunch!

Service is best. Picked us up from station to save us hunting for location. Stayed among local residents. Not noisy, very safe. Low ceilings but OK for us. Toilet, basin (very restricted flow of water and heating takes a while) or use kitchen tap instead and shower are in a tight place. Insufficient hanging in bathroom. Room is exactly as pictured.

Amazing stay! This hotel is one of the cleanest I've stayed in. The concierge 小欧 was super helpful - I was lost when arriving and they came to the metro stop to find me and also helped with my luggage to my room. This is a new building and room so the facilities are modern and in excellent condition. The ceiling is a little low and sometimes the shower water becomes cold after a long time, but overall this place is excellent.

The most affordable hotel with kitchen / washing machine / and giant TV. Everhing is clean and well organized, staffs are super friendly, specially 小欧is taking good care of us and let us delay out check out. I will highly recommend this hotel and come back again one day.

Host was a great help in providing travel directions to the nearby restaurants. Housekeeping was good and prompt. Looking forward to the completion of the shopping mall just next to the apartment building.

Like others mentioned,you should add them on WeChat before arriving. it's a new apartment with construction work going on around it so it may be noisy in the day. Xiao O was great with her recommendations as well..

Make sure to add the host to WeChat after booking. You can add with the phone number listed on their contact information. Go straight to the address listed to check in, which is Tower 3, 19th floor, room 1904. I wish they added these instructions on their booking page because we did not know this and had trouble finding the place after arriving in the area. As of Nov 2024, the area is still under a lot of construction so you could get a little lost. We had to ask a security guard for help. This confusion could be skipped if we had known to add them to WeChat first. The apartment itself is very new, the entire complex was built earlier this year. The host, Xiao Ou, was helpful after we checked in. If you don't smoke, make sure you ask for a non-smoking room during check-in. We unfortunately forgot to do this because of our previous confusion from looking for the place, so our room smelled of cigarettes. We tolerated it since we were only there for two nights. Inside the apartment is a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent. All toiletries were provided. There is a small stove but no cookware yet, may need to ask the host for them. Again, the surrounding area is still under a lot of construction so do expect some noise and building material smells, especially in the garage and lobby. But I expect everything to look very nice once it is all completed. Also it is a very safe area because it is gated and guarded.

The stay is fine. The staff is helpful. During our stay in Nov 2024, the property has just started operation for about 1 month. Do expect that you are entering a venue that is full of construction work going on. The hotel voucher that sent by trip dot com indicates address that is different from the apps. The check in office is at block 3, not block 2 as per the voucher. Quite confusing to us. If you are carrying big luggage, do expect to carry up a long staircase as the infrastructure are not complete construct yet. According to one of the hotel staff, the construction at the surrounding area maybe will take at least 1 year to complete. One last thing, the ceiling is low, around 2.5 meters from floor to ceiling. I’m 175cm and I can’t fulling extend my arms. lol

The service was good. Replies were prompt. All adds up to a good experience with them!
