Die Lage ist gar nicht schlecht, in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone. Wir können in etwa fünf Minuten dorthin laufen, aber es ist zu weit von der U-Bahn entfernt. Das Zimmer ist so klein, aber wir verbringen die meiste Zeit draußen, also ist es ok.

i stayed 3 nights at this hotel with my wife and 1 of our kid. It was one of the modern high tech hotel i had stayed in china. The service was really excellent allowing us to have late checkout till 3.00 pm while waiting for my night flight. The house keeping service was truly excellent making you feel comfortable like your home and very polite welcoming us.. They had cleaned our room nicely every day. They are one of the key staffs that make the hotel guest feel enjoying while staying in this hotel. The breakfast menu was quite variaty as well from day to day. The cin cong fen at the last day is truly delicious. The location is also very good as it is in walking distance to shangxiajiu street where it sold a lot food and shopping mall. . Last not least, one of the best service they gave to their guest was the free bottle water they put in front of the lift in each floor allowing their hotel customer to take additional bottle of water for free if the two free bottles provided inside the room isnt enough. The bottle of water is not an expensive stuff. But it made us a lot of convenience not required to buy additional one from outside if needed. Truly a great idea that made this hotel looks different from others (on positive side) Finally one of the thing they can improve is to change the power plug inside the room with international standard allowing many type of power socket type (they use china power socket type). So for us traveling from indonesia was unable to plug in our mobile charger power socket type and etc as it is different from china one and we missed to bring power socket converter. Other option is to offer the free loan converter to the guest during checkin type and return it back during checkout.

Very friendly staffs, and compliment free beverage and fruits to welcoming us. They also providing washing machine and dryer for travellers to wash and dry their clothes. Lastly , they provide unlimited bottles of water for free.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Baili Hotel in Guangzhou with a friend for 5 days and 4 nights. The overall experience was very pleasant and exceeded my expectations in several key areas. First, a big thanks to the morning shift ladies on the 24th May for being very warm and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they upgraded our accommodation. They were always happy to help, answering any of my questions or requests, making the overall service outstanding. Although the hotel's breakfast options were limited 不同the food was quite good. Another significant highlight is the hotel's location. It is situated in a prime area, within walking distance of several famous attractions. This made exploring the city very convenient and enjoyable, as many attractions were close by. Two girls walking back to the hotel late felt quite safe. Overall, our stay at the Baili Hotel was marked by excellent service, a convenient location, and the ease of exploring the city's attractions. I sincerely recommend this hotel to all tourists or business travelers planning to visit Guangzhou.

The staff at Baili Hotel is amazing especially the front desk girls and guys! The aunt that cooks and serves breakfast is friendly and amazing too! They helped us to book taxis everyday and helped with all our enquiries to restaurant locations! Helped us take our luggage downstairs when we left! I would recommend this reasonable hotel especially if you want to explore the wholesale markets like Baima and 13th Street which walking distance and walking distance to Beijing Pedestrian Street... 15 mins walk.

What I like about the hotel - first one has to be the staff. Always ready to help and will come to your room to assist you. Next, they provide washer and dryer FOC with detergent. Also bottled water is free and self service near the reception area. Finally, the bed is comfortable and soft. There are many things I don’t like about the hotel: 1. What bother me most is the location. Hotel is situated in an old and dirty part city where there are row and row of shops exporting garment or packaging them for e-commerce. Packages always spill over to the walkway and with their trolley and bags lying around, make it difficult to walk. It is about 200m walk to the walking street but the surrounding is really rundown. Nearest metro is about 770m away. 2. Room is small. Barely any place to sit. Toilet is small and no place to hang my toiletries bag. Book the room as it was advertised on Trip to be about 15-18m but in reality about half the size. 3. Cleanliness can be improved. Exterior walls and windows is dirty. Would I stay at the hotel again? Most likely not. I would spend a bit more and stay at a better location.

Very friendly staff. Superb services provided. Easily accessible to eateries and shopping places.

Everything is good. But near the open bar, behind there's water pond left unattended, full of mosquitos, pls take note, guests might get dengue from it. I was bitten few spot and left with red spot allergy. The mosquitos there are really poisonous. Thanks for the consideration.

Location good. Cleaning service good. I had friend in a room for 8 days in a form of lovely bug quite friendly. Hotel is suited for Chinese guests. Reception staff is friendly but doesn't know English. Next time I will choose different place probably.

The trip was good and stay was fine. I love it and will come back again.

The hotel is really good with all amenities provided. Free flow of mineral water supplies. Even welcome us with fruits and also complimentary drinks for 2. Room is equipped with voice control technology. Room good for solo and couple traveller because the space is limited. It is walking distance to all the eateries, tourist attractions nearby.

It's my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is perfect. Clean, with services and well connected. I will come always come here when in Guangzhou.
