We booked two duplex suites with three bedroom each during our stay.
First suites turn out to be clean and nice, surprisingly another suites in upper floor is not clean and there is stain everywhere.
We requested to change the upper floor to the lower floor and it’s acceptable.
Location wise it’s near to sanxi metro station with 7mins to 10mins walking distance, the only drawbacks is cars are not allowed to drive into the compound which is in front of the lobby.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Sanxi metro station and the Merrill Lynch M. LIVE World Mall. The apartments are relatively new and well-maintained. However, the lift can be a bit slow, and as international guests, we faced some issues with online security check-in. This caused inconvenience during late-night returns, as the security barrier wouldn’t open automatically, requiring us to request assistance from the security guard.

Apartment is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The malls opposite are a bonus. The housekeeping is good. Everything is great! Will definitely come back especially if you need a 3 room 2 baths.
