Four Points By Sheraton Langfang Gu'an Bewertungen

The service was helpful. The facilities were great. I enjoyed having the full breakfast every morning. The Wifi service was spotty.

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely "Mid Autumn Festival", "National Day" and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The "Eatery Restaurant", plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the "Team", whom makes the establishment a success. The "New" pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge "unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton", whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former "Regional Retail Manager", with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in "Customer Relationship Management" and "Retail Management", I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True "Managers", lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with "Samuel" the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, whom is always "hands on" and working hard on the floor. Such "leadership" sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to "Lydia" the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to "Molly" from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the "Management Team", whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to "Housekeeping", for friendly and prompt service. The team at the "Swimming Pool", also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, "Marriott" should consider, having this Hotel's "sister" Hotel, "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about "Hospitality and Service", from this Hotel "Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang". As in my opinion, the "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management" is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The "Alpacas" are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, "Foreign, and Domestic". This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

非常滿意的體驗哈，準備周天去北野玩，就想着週六到附近住一晚順便遛遛固安，定的是酒店+門票的套餐，價格很划算，去了以後告知給我們升級了套房😁😁房間很大很乾凈，服務也很滿意，安排了靠邊很安靜的房間，周邊就是商業街吃飯很方便，綠化很好，對面還有一個公園可以飯後散步，第二天去北野也就十來分鐘路程，唯一美中不足的是感覺早餐可以再提升優化下，總的來説是非常滿意的居住體驗，來固安或者北野非常推薦入住👍🏻👍🏻

這算是固安一帶比較有檔次的酒店了，福朋喜來登要説有多高檔那談不上，倒是作為喜來登旗下的大眾酒店，倒也是基本符合標準，住一個酒店的，其實可能是到距離七公里的野生動物園的居多，酒店房間面積大，寬敞，寬敞到感覺到有些空，房間利用率不高，設施還算齊全，檔次其實一般，床品稍微有點不好用。早飯勉強過關，值得一提的是酒店在後院還養了幾衹卡皮巴拉和小兔，小羊等小動物，小孩子們都喜歡。

酒店的位置距北京野生動物園很近，一早打車十分鐘就到；同樣的價位在北京中心衹能住逼仄的快捷酒店，在這裏則是寬敞的親子套房；酒店還有小童樂園，可以喂小動物，擼卡皮巴拉；去的時候記得帶上泳衣，酒店的泳池寬大乾淨，一早去動物園，下午回來就能到泳池放鬆。去野生動物園遊玩的住這裏非常合適。

房子挺大，環境挺好，也挺乾淨。 服務不行：停車難，門口不讓停，就讓停到地下車庫，圍着酒店轉了兩圈，進入地下是個死衚衕。誰曾想，是離酒店挺遠的一個地下，還要步行帶着行李再返回酒店，**不**？ 房間裏沒有指南沒有手冊，沒有介紹沒有相關訊息，最最奇葩，打客服電話，打了七八次沒人接，住過的所有酒店，獨一份。 明明本來訂的豪華雙人間，前台告訴我，給你免費升級到豪華雙人間，拿出憑證一看不説話了，想要個高點的樓層，説全滿了，衹有這種房型的最底層。你真行，夠狠！！！！

房間衞生很差，一開窗户滿屋子都是柳絮毛，酒店的管家部電話沒人接。緊急電話也沒人接。早餐我愛人帶着孩子在前邊，我付孩子的早餐費，結果服務員追着我先生要付費😓。體驗感極其不好

真的太舊了，睡覺翻身的時候都能聽到床墊子彈簧在響，而且基本沒什麼服務可言，餐廳座套上都是油點子，上菜特別慢，親子活動套圈單獨收費，免費的做餅乾活動下午三點到四點，老師遲到二十五分鐘，差不多七八組家庭等着，來了一句抱歉也沒有，匆忙做完耗時二十分鐘，衝著親子的話還是勸退吧，唯二覺得還行的也就衹有樓上泳池還算乾淨和離動物園比較近。減去動物園價值300元的門票，698一晚的價格性價比不行

剛入住，發現床單上有血，聯繫酒店臨時換了。正直五一，房間衞生欠缺，再加上本身酒店設施陳舊，希望改進並提升節假日衞生水準。

酒店住的非常舒適，房間乾淨寬敞，前台的ida 服務態度也很好，還有小動物可以喂，小動物也很可愛，酒店距離北京野生動物園也很近，帶小朋友住很好，16樓還有泳池和健身房，推薦入住

服務：我早上八點半辦的入住 剛躺下工作人員不敲門直接進來了 然後過了沒半個點 又直接進了😊😊😊這輩子沒住過這樣的酒店

環境好設施設備齊全，離動物園很近，周邊吃喝玩都很齊全，前台Carrie服務很好還幫忙給房子做了升級很熱情孩子很喜歡
