Tolle Lage, direkt am Wasser, Zentrum nahe und zu Fuss schnell erreichbar, kostenfreie Parkplätze um das Hotel,einfache Ausstattung. Allein eine Steckdose im Bad wäre wünschenswert oder zumindest in der Nähe eines Spiegels - Haare föhnen war nur “blind” möglich.

Nice hotel, ambience, friendly staff. The location is awesome, just overlooking harbor. Lucky to get window view of the church. What else needed.

Super nice breakfast. Big room, no refrigerator. Love the large windows.

Perfect place. Building, Facility and design is seemed like university's one. It reminds me my school days.

Very good located hotel. Good for a short weekend trip or a city trip to Groningen. They have a parking area underneath the hotel which costs extra but generally much less than parking on the streets. The rooms are spacious and have everything thing you need. Would be nice to have a fridge though but all in all everything you need for a city hotel. The service is very friendly they have good recommendations for the city and also plan activities or restaurant reservations if you would like to. All in all 100% recommend for staying in Groningen!

I was racially discriminated by the staff I was smoking outside the hotel when a staff member sent an intern to chase me of the property because my smoking convinced them that I’m a “junkie”. At no point did they ask me anything nor wether i was staying in the hotel. Once i was told to leave the premises, I started walking in to the hotel. As i was doing this, the same staff member chased me inside and asked me where i was going. I pulled out my hotel card to the sheer amazement from the worker. Once i reported this to the staff, instead of reprimanding him, they tried to convince me that i had just experienced had nothing to do with racial bias, yet no one can tell me why was assumed to be a junkie, but no other costumer smoking outside was. Note that i was the only black costumer After this i still never received an apology directly, but they apologized to my gf. Who’s white. As if she’s the one who was discriminated. I find this to most disgusting for of there racial bias, because they couldn’t even apologize afterwards but did so to my white counterpart Will be taking up contact with the authorities for this

Very comfortable room, nicely adjusted temperature and comfortable stay :) beddings and pillows are also just alright

Rental bike was good.

房間很乾凈，樓下咖啡免費喝，房間裏也有速溶咖啡，很不錯！周邊距離格羅寧根大學和格羅寧根大學醫學中心都很近，去商業步行街5到10分鐘的步行距離。

Top service. We kwamen in de nacht aan en in de ochtend werd de Taxi werd zelfs geregeld.
