Fantastisches Hotel mit der besten Aussicht, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sauber. Der Pool und die Anlage sind atemberaubend. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und der Service ist großartig. Wenn Sie etwas wirklich Schönes und Einzigartiges erleben möchten, dann ist dies das richtige Hotel für Sie. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

A long-awaited holiday with nothing but the best service that the staff provided. Earth Grotto suites afforded us a breathtaking.

A couple of nights' stay in the Grottos is a wonderful experience!! The views from the bedroom window are second to none. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the whole hotel provides an oasis of calm relaxation.

Beautiful 4 star hotel. I think it is supposed to be named 5 stars hotel. High expectations and I highly recommend it to everyone. Not far from Graskop gorge and panorama route . 1hour drive to Kruger

It was a getaway for my husband and I without our kids. Some much needed alone time. We stayed at the Earth Grotto suites and they have breathtaking views. The weather was not great on the first two days but eventually cleared up later on. The place indeed offered peace and quiet as desired. It is still under construction so we experienced some setbacks with the construction team - we had to park our vehicle right where they were working and had to move around their equipment, cement also splattered on our car and we had to walk on it. Alternative parking could have been provided and hopefully carports are still to be constructed. But our overall stay was okay. Graskop is beautiful and you have to try the nearby restaurant called Divine Food at The View, their lamb curry is worth every cent and so is their views and hospitality. Reservation is a must - the staff just makes you fall in love with the place. Great location for the hotel - I think that the Superior or Luxury Classic suite rooms in the hotel would have been greater value for money than the Earth Grotto Suites. Our expectations were just too high. If you are looking for exclusivity - then it’s a great choice. Just the hassle of going up to our car in the rain to get to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was just not worth it. The steps to our unit were wet and slippery even though there is a rail to hold on to.

Everything is good except the Wifi didn’t work during our stay. Hopefully it could be fixed earlier.

Pros: View is amazing Lovely pool Some staff are attentive and feel genuine Comfy, large bed Room interior felt classy at first glance Breakfast was plentiful We were given a room with a great view Cocktails were well made Felt secure Room cleaning by Dolly was fab Dolly also created a wonderful honeymoon decoration on our bed Cons: -Front of house not overly welcoming or helpful -Someone approached us at breakfast to ask how our stay was. We raised that we had no hot water from the shower which we were told would get fixed but no one came. When raised at checkout no one apologised or said anything. - Room at first glance looked classy but finishing touches let it down; rusty bath plug, cheap wood cupboards and dirty windows - hotel layout was a little strange and lots of rooms weren’t finished which housed sacks of concrete - no bar snacks/food allowed by the pool. Sit down lunch only which put us off as we didn’t want to have to change to go into the restaurant as we had been in the pool for hours. - no facilities except for the pool - maybe offer some other activities such as star gazing or a pool table. - would have appreciated a map showing the location tourist spots like God’s window etc when we checked in - first breakfast we had continental and hot buffet but second breakfast it was cooked to order which we found to be better quality. This wasn’t explained to us until we asked at checkout. If the hotel is full, they offer hot buffet which wasn’t as tasty & fresh. This place wasn’t cheap and we felt it was bordering on the edge of it being good value but the hotel has a long way to go to before they can call themselves true luxury.

It was quite an awesome experience , my room was very beautiful and well decorated with stylish furniture. The outdoor view is stunning. The room has electric blankets I mean OMG 💕👌.The WiFi and food was amazing. Every was 110% on excellence.

Beautiful hotel and the staff are super friendly from when you enter the gate at security to the porter and reception to housekeeping, Bar, restaurant they took customer service to a whole new level, location is easy to find too
