Checked I. Pipes has burst entire hotel smelled like mold which I’m allergic to had to leave no refund given I had to leave for my health

This hotel in need of major maintenance and upgrades. Front desk person was barely audible had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Pool was down. There a leak behind one of the walls in the room overnight by morning water was all over the floor. Bags wet and contents inside including laptop that had to borrow a laptop for a church presentation that morning and had to figure out getting a new one. Which I’m sure they will not help replace. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal and boiled eggs.

Absolutely disappointed. Chose to stay at a hotel for the weekend due to a blizzard coming in. Chose this hotel since it has a pool. The pool area was pad locked so guests could not use the pool. Would be nice if they updated that on the website as multiple travelers had come to the hotel to swim. Some including myself had drove from an hour or more away. The rooms are in very run down condition and they didn't even provide a shower curtain. I spoke to a few other travelers who also had no shower curtain. Now we had personally stayed at this hotel a few years ago and the hotel conditions were much better. For sure will not be going back nor would I recommend the hotel to anyone

(7 day stay) The first room was dirty. The view was facing apart of the roof. Upon further examination, there were foot prints from the roof to the window. The window also did not lock. Asked for another room. The next room was just as dirty. It was fine once I did a deep clean to it. The pool had a pad lock on the door and a sign stating it will be closed til further notice. I did not ask for my money back because I overheard the front desk employee say that he isn’t giving a refund to another customer. Save your money.

This place was a dump... There was old trash on the ground in the hallway. The pillow cases were dirty, the sink was clogged, and there are people that live there who don't care about the privacy of the people that don't live there. There was Loud arguing in the hallways, I called the front desk they didn't answer. Do NOT stay here.

Cons -Pool was out of service -Room was not cleaned/ had stains on floor -Bed sheets had red stain on them -couch bed was pretty hard/cushions for pillows - water stains on walls -jets in bathtub did not work -Hallways were pretty messy Pros -staff was friendly

Arrival took over 45 mins , then upon arriving in our room it was lived in and dirty ,them next room was not clean tv didmt work or the heat ...they tried to fix the problem the language barrier was tough , but in the end we were set

The people who own the it and run it are amazing BUT.. it is a shame that the outside of the building doesn't match the customer service. We spent the mojority of the time inside so the outside was no bother,we would definitely stay again it was perfect for our little family.

Disgusting! Literally the windows had no screens or locks so could just open anytime The bathroom door looking like someone was trying to claw their way out Pool had blood in it Ants everywhere!!!

It was a great stay!

Rooms were very average. Furniture was dated and the TV was smaller than the usual 40-50inch TV found in most decent hotels. Breakfast was not great, stale bagels, coffee was very average.
