I paid for a suite with a king bed and partial kitchen. The room I was given first had yellow stains on the bed sheets. I asked for another room and that one did not have dirty sheets, but the bed comforter was messy like someone had taken a nap on top of it. There were dishes left in the dishwasher, and the whole room smelled musty. The water pressure in the shower was the worst I have ever had. The carpet seemed to not have been vacuumed for a while. The biggest issue was this hotel does not have a pack and play or crib for guests with a baby. After coming back to the hotel from getting food, I asked the front desk for some extra pillows and blankets for my baby. The guy said sure and got me 2 pillows and a comforter. I asked for more pillows but he said he did not have any more. My hands were obviously full from carrying food for me, my wife, and baby. He tried to hand me the pillows. I said I would come back later to get them, hoping he would offer to have them sent up to my room, but he didn’t. I later came back to get them. I feel that was unprofessional and inexcusable customer service. He was not busy, but playing on his phone.
I will never stay at this hotel again.
