Ohtels San Anton Granada

In my 30+ years living on this planet I have honestly never stayed at a worse hotel than Ohtels San Antón in Granada. First of all the hotel is pretty expensive for such an old, outdated hotel. The interior is very old and very, very basic. Nowhere near what I consider a 4-star hotel. The shower was terrible. Very little pump pressure and the shower was located in an uncomfortable bath tub. Apart from that the shower was also very dirty (brown stains). The 2-person bed was in fact two single beds moved next to each other, with a gap in between. Not what I call a 2-person bed. But the lousy interior and crap facilities where just the least of my complaints. Deep in the night we were rudely awakened by a very loud noise, coming from outside our room, but inside the hotel. We called the reception, who told us that the noise was coming from the kitchen preparing breakfast. It was 5.30 by that time. The reception told us that the noise would stop in a few minutes, but it didn't. We complained again and they offered us to move to another room. WHO ON EARTH WANTS TO PACK THEIR BAGS AND MOVE ROOMS AT 5.45 IN THE NIGHT?? We refused and decided to file a complaint the next morning. As we did. Hotel manager J. GONZALEZ spoke to us and apologized for the crappy night we had. He promised us to give us a full refund, which we truly appreciated. But little did we know..... Now almost 2 months later Mr J. GONZALEZ says he was not working that day, and he never met us. Scumbag J. GONZALEZ even gave us his business card, which we kept as proof. J. GONZALEZ refuses to refund the hotel costs and is a first class unreliable liar who you should never trust. There are plenty of decent hotels in Granada so please look somewhere else in town. Your stay will be horrendous and if you complain the scumbag manager J. GONZALEZ will lie to you without blinking an eye. Shame on you Mr. J. GONZALEZ, I know you are reading this.

Hotel is located at The Congress Centre so slightly off patch for main Granada Attractions . However this is reflected in the price and it does offer great value. There was a queue at check in but this was managed well and staff were delightful- so helpful and friendly. This is a big hotel and does have a corporate feel. The bedrooms are now a little dated but my room had been repainted and was freshened. I had a suite which was enormous!- separate lounge in addition to seating area in bedroom- seating are in bedroom was in a circular floor to ceiling glazed area which was fab ! The lounge had a sofa bed and so this room would be ideal for families. Breakfast was good. Wide selection of things to suit everyone. A good start to the day. The roof top bar - open from 4pm- was brilliant. Amazing views. Again, delightful staff - who were very busy but remained professional and efficient. It does get very busy up there as non residents of hotel are also allowed in. My previous experience of Ohtels was in La Linea which was not particularly good. This hotel is managed very proficiently and has delightful staff.

Hotel muy bueno a solo 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad.El desayuno espectacular y la habitación muy limpia y confortable.Facil aparcamiento por la zona.Personal muy agradable,tanto en recepción,comedor y limpieza .

Catastrophe !! À fuir ménage non fait , piscine sale , télé ne fonctionne pas et aucune solution trouvée en 10 jours , logement 64 au deuxième étage et pas d’ascenseur, même pas un petit frigo dans le logement il faut déposer les sacs à la réception. J’ai mis une étoile pour les réceptionnistes qui étaient tous sympas.

Segundo 18 cumpleaños qué celebramos, dijimos que repetiríamos y lo hemos hecho. Todo perfecto el servicio, los detalles, la comida, la tarta la decoración, etc… Al igual que del año pasado nos ha encantado el evento que nos han preparado, gracias a todo@s l@s que lo hicisteis posible. Repetiremos 🥰

Todo muy bien las chicas de recepcion muy simpaticas nos dijeron donde ir de tapeo y la verdad es que fue genial la habitacion era grande no faltaba ni un detalle y limpia lo mejor el desalluno de bufet que habia de todo el zumo natural de naranja servicio de plancha para hacerte lo que pidieras un 10 el desayuno si volviera a ir a granada no dudaria en ir al mismo hotel lo recomiendo cien por cien

Hemos pasado dos noches en este hotel dos adultos, una niña de 4 años y un bebé de un año. Nos alojamos en una junior suite, teníamos una habitación con un sofá cama para la niña y cuna para el bebé, para los adultos dos camas de 135, en el armario teníamos almohadas adicionales, limpieza bastante buena, lo que sí necesita algunas mejoras, el parquet estaba en mal estado en algunas zonas, algunos desconchones en la pared. El baño muy grande con bañera y ducha, lo malo es que tiene cortina para ambas. A la llegada teníamos unas botellas de agua y también para hacernos un café o infusión. También nos hicieron una llamada de cortesía por si necesitábamos algo. El desayuno increíble, un café buenísimo y mucho donde elegir. Una ubicación muy buena, en diez minutos paseando estábamos en el centro.

Cuanto me alegro (he brindado por ello) por el cierre de este hotel y que dos personas del calibre del director y de su perro lazarillo estén en la puñetera calle. Vaya decadencia de carrera la del tal Jaime de trabajar en cadenas como Elba o Barceló o Hard Rock en Punta Cana a terminar en este hotel cutre y decadente de la ciudad de Granada. Como era esperar todo llega a su fin. El karma.

“Las fotos hablan por si solas” Llegamos a las 12 para conseguir habitación deseada no esta disponible pero nos exigen hacer el check in. A las 5 ya tenemos habitación: MUY SUCIA BAÑETA ROTA Y SUCIA AL COLCHÓN SE LE VEN LOS MUELLES. POLVO Y PELUSAS POR TODOS LADOS, UN ASCO ,…… EL RUIDO DEL ASCENSOR INSUFRIBLE RECLAMAMOS Y a la media hora nos enseñan otras habitaciones que no cumplen los requisitos pagados. El desayuno escaso Solicitamos devolución del importe para marcharnos, Responden que por política de empresa “NO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO” A la mañana siguiente nos asignan otra habitación en mejores condiciones. Nos atiende el director y dice que si queremos marcharnos “SI NOS DEVUELVE EL DINERO DE ESE DIA” Ya no hay política de empresa ……. El desayuno escaso A las 10 de la mañana desenchufan las cafeteras El personal amable, SOLO SABEN PEDIR DISCULPAS, pero no resuelven nada, poco profesionales.
