Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Atlantis Hotel in Amsterdam. Das Personal war fantastisch und bei allen Gelegenheiten sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr schön, im Herzen des lebhaften Viertels De Pijp. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum gibt es vor Ort viel zu unternehmen und zu sehen. Das Hotel liegt auch direkt neben der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die Sie in 5-10 Minuten ins Zentrum bringt. Der einzige Nachteil unseres Aufenthaltes war die Sauberkeit. Am ersten Abend der Ankunft wurde ein Kaffee verschüttet und hinterließ einen Fleck auf der Unterseite eines der Bettlaken. Es schien, als sei das Blatt ersetzt worden, doch anstatt es zu ersetzen, war es einfach umgedreht worden. Obwohl unser Zimmer relativ sauber war, wurde das Hotel zu dieser Zeit gerade renoviert.

Hotel war nicht so toll, Parken ist in Ordnung, der Balkon ist nicht so toll, erwarte nicht zu viel von allem und die Preise der Zimmer sollten niedriger sein 115 Euro für das Zimmer Ich fand es zu viel, wenn man sieht, wie es aussieht wie, weil, wenn Sie Bilder auf der Website sehen, mein Badezimmer zu Hause größer ist als diese Räume

Wir haben zwei Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht. Am ersten Abend haben wir nach einer zweiten Bettdecke gefragt. Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und meinte, er hatte keine mehr und könnte uns keine geben. In der zweiten Nacht wurden wir von Knabbergeräuschen geweckt - wir hatten eine Maus im Zimmer! Als wir runter gingen, um an der Rezeption deswegen Bescheid zu sagen, haben wir festgestellt, dass wir eine Bettwanze im Haar und mehrere Stiche am Körper hatten! Der Mann von der Nachtschicht an der Rezeption wirkte weder wegen der Maus noch wegen der Bettwanzen überrascht! Er meinte, er könne da nichts tun und dass wir warten sollten, bis die Kollegin der Tagschicht da wäre. Die Kollegin war immerhin freundlicher und verständnisvoller als ihr Kollege von der Nachtschicht, konnte uns aber natürlich auch nicht wegen der Bettwanzen helfen. Wir bekamen den Preis zwar erstattet, diese Erfahrung können wir jedoch wirklich niemandem empfehlen!

My girlfriend and I saw Taylor Swift on July 4th and stayed here for 5 days. The staff was above and beyond with their customer service! We had an amazing balcony we were able to relax on. We drank our Corona's and had snacks from their accommodations on site. We stayed on the third floor and the room was so quaint and comfortable. We loved the manager as well, who I think may have been newer. However, he was always very attentive and always greeted everyone. Everything extra we needed, they provided. For example, an iron and ironing board. They even arranged a luxury taxi service for us that was very affordable. It helped to make our stay easier. We just want to thank this staff so much for making our Amsterdam experience so lovely!! Other notes: they have trains right outside you can take into city centre and other destinations. They are by many restaurants and other needed places within walking distance.

This hotel was far from a pleasant experience. We had a triple room and it was much too small for three people to live comfortably in. The room had no windows other than a very small skylight which we could not open. The room had no air conditioning, only a very old, dusty fan which did very little to cool down the room. One lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, a few other people working in reception were quite unprofessional and unhelpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient and right next to a tram stop. I think you could find this elsewhere in a more comfortable hotel. Would not stay again.

Ok location but if you don’t want to be taking trams or taxis to centre,stay closer to centre Rooms were ok Beds were sloped and not comfortable Staff were not nice Breakfast was good but the exact same every day so got tiresome No facilities in hotel except rooms A big mouse came in from balcony one night to our room No compensatory offer whatsoever for this Only ok And not great value either

The service was great. Immediately welcomed very warmly from Jackie upon arrival. after room was assigned, we were often checked to see if everything was still satisfactory. we had a delicious breakfast. the breakfast area is small but the most important the the breakfast is great. there was a lot of choice and all products were as fresh as could be. The bottom line is that is a great hotel with balcon, A great staff Jackie and definitely recommended.

We stayed in room 108. We had bed bugs. Unfortunately we didn’t check for bedbugs before going to sleep. We saw little red bugs in the bed when we woke up but it was too late. We are now covered up in bites with non-stop itching lasting for almost a week. I emailed the hotel to let them know the day after we left and one week later they have not yet responded.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Right on a crossroads of trams making it is very accessible. I would recommend as it's great value and in a decent location, just 2 tram stops from de pijp and 4 from Rembrandt

Afte we did the routine check of our room we unfortunately found bedbugs under the beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we got a full refund and rebooked with a different hotel. Location wise it was very nice. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected.

Good food,clean rooms and helpful,hard working staff.Rooms at the front aren't noisy because it`s the outskirts of the city centre with only one Tram the 4 that passes by.The hotel has a lift and its right by the Albert Cuyper's market
