Restaurant Forneria wunderschön!! Alles Gut!! Betonen Sie Amanda!! Mitte, alles in der Nähe, gut für einen Nachtwandelgang zu Fuß, denn die Sicherheit der Stadt erlaubt uns, einer der seltenen Orte des Landes, wo wir uns auf den Straßen wandeln können. Parkplatz bezahlt die (dritten Unternehmen), wir wissen, an der Ankunft, könnten mehr Gewicht auf den Verkaufsplattformen, aber der Service wert jedes Cent, Agilität und Verantwortung mit dem Fahrzeug, alle Manöver mit einer Bildung und gut Aufpassung über dem Durchschnitt für diese Art von Service , sowie das Mädchen, das uns kurz dahin empfangen hat (Beatrice), hat sicherlich unseren ersten Eindruck als bestmöglich gemacht! Rezeptionisten und Concierge (Albanisch) sehr bitter und aufmerksam. Gemütliche und nette Botschafter. Ulisses hat eine Arbeit mit unseren kkkk Gepäck verbracht, aber es war außergewöhnlich!! Wir werden sicher zurückkommen (Ich hoffe, dass wir in den gereformten Rsrsrs Zimmer bleiben).

Hotel mit hervorragender Pro-Talaussicht. Gutes Zimmer in Größe, mit Tisch, Stühle, Pia. Paarbett hat eine Spaltung mit den Einzelbetten, fand ich großartig.

Simplesmente incrível! O Hotel é lindíssimo, muito calmo, tranquilo e extremamente silencioso! Tudo muito organizado e limpo! No check in fui recepcionada com espumante geladinha e muito bem atendida pela equipe da recepção, achei um encanto chegar no quarto e ter sobre a mesa uma cartinha de boas vindas e docinhos confeccionados pela própria confeitaria do Hotel. Serviço de concierge incomparável. À noite eles acendem os tachos da área externa e nos oferecem marshmallows com gravetos para assar, achei sensacional. Piscina e jacuzzi aquecida, podendo usar 24horas. A decoração de Natal é uma atração à parte! Café da manhã impecável, tudo maravilhoso. Me senti muito acolhida e bem cuidada por toda a equipe do Hotel, certamente me hospedarei novamente.

Gostamos de tudo, simplesmente fantástico... Só acho que não precisava cobrar o estacionamento. Tendo em vista que os usuários de aplicativos, já ficam procurando por preço, e o valor que conseguimos de um lugar para outro, é cobrado em outros serviços, neste caso o estacionamento. Ainda foi cobrado 3 dias de estacionamento para duas diárias no hotel. Mas fica a dica para hotéis... Não é legal.

The amount of time and care that has gone into the details of the whole experience, from the stately elegance of the gate that greets you on arrival, to the way the thoughtfully placed recessed lighting creates artful architecture out of shadows, is somehow exceed by the esprit de corp of the delightful people working there, who would better be described as good friends you have not seen for quite some time, as opposed to even the best trained staff. I expect it will be not only a place I will visit as often as I am able, but that I will hear delightful stories of my children visiting as well. It is more home than hotel. That is the essence of the magic of this place.

Fantastisch!! Der einzige negative Punkt ist der Zugang zum Pool. Sehr schlecht. Oder vc überquert die ganze Parkplätze im Hotel oder vc durchquert aus der Rezeption, um den Aufzug bis zum Pool zu nehmen. Das heißt, in kalten und kalten Tagen muss man vor jeder Hotelreception aus Kleidung gehen.

A experiência gastronômica em seu comando foi verdadeiramente memorável. William, com sua atenção e presteza, assegurou que todos os nossos pedidos e necessidades fossem atendidos de maneira impecável. Sua atitude proativa e amigável contribuiu significativamente para a qualidade do nosso tempo no hotel. Roger, com sua eficiência e profissionalismo, garantiu que todos os aspectos da nossa estadia transcorresse sem contratempos. Sua abordagem meticulosa e comprometimento com o serviço foram notáveis. Nós tínhamos reservas feitas há algum tempo, em outro hotel, que por conta das fortes chuvas que atingiram a cidade, ficou sem luz e só soubemos disso depois de chegar no local, depois de viajar por muitas horas, com duas crianças! O que era para ser um pesadelo, tornou nossa viagem ainda melhor, pois chegamos até vocês... Ficamos em um quarto família em uma parte bem tranquila do hotel. Dezembro próximo ao Natal o hotel estava muito lotado, a ponto de não ter como andar próximo à piscina. Por ser muito grande faltam placas indicativas mais precisas ou até mesmo um mapa, demora um tempo para se familiarizar com o hotel. Os vendedores de timeshare (cotas) são muito insistentes e tentam te abordar o tempo todo, isso é muito chato. O hotel precisa resolver o problema dos chuveiros que não conseguem manter a temperatura da água, variando o tempo todo entre quente e gelada. Positivo ter uma lavanderia self service.

The Wyndham Gramado is a modern hotel of high standard yet gives the feeling of family friendliness. There were lots of families staying and the staff and guests were extremely helpful. The swimming and leisure facilities are relaxing with the thermal spring water at bath temperature. Breakfast time in the busy dining room with buffet including lots of local dishes is great for the uninitiated visitor to Brazil who are willing to try something different. There are a great many local attractions to keep all visitors happy especially at the lead up to Christmas with spectacular light displays including in the hotel decor. One highlight of many was a tour to the wine valley and meeting a lot of different friendly people. For us location, climate and local hospitality made for a memorable joyful experience.
