Der Urlaub im Hotel Mirada del Mar ist sehr schön, weil ich eine schöne Zeit mit meiner Familie verbringe. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Arbeitskräfte sind sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Außerdem ist die Landschaft sehr schön!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel Das beste Hotel, in dem ich in Türkei war. Ich werde es meinen Freunden empfehlen. Das Essen ist köstlich und sauber. Das Animationsteam ist sehr aktiv und unsere Kinder freuen sich sehr über das Animationsteam. Besonders (maria) Wir werden wiederkommen Der Strand und die Korallenriffe sind sehr schön. Der Service ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank an die Hotelleitung für diesen wunderbaren und hervorragenden Service

Super schönes Hotel. Gepflegte Anlage. Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten für groß und klein. Das Animationsteam ist sehr nett und wir haben uns immer gut betreuut gefühlt. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Das gesamte Packer ist einfach super!!! Definitiv zu empfehlen! Das Animatonsteam sehr unterhaltsam und freundlich! Besonderes Dankeschön dem Nikita und Mädchen Diana und Nastja! Sie machen Unterhaltung besonders interessant! Vielen Dank!

Das Hotel kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen! Das Entertainment ist super! Es gibt sehr viele verschiedene Aktivitäten über den Tag von klein bis groß! Also für Beschäftigung ist auf jeden Fall gesorgt. Und was das Essen angeht ist das Hotel mit Vielfältigen ausgestattet. Also die Leute hier sind sehr nett und die Natur ist auch sehr schön!

5-12 Oct 2024. This resort was amazing, assisted by the beautiful weather (early to mid 30s all week). Sunbeds were mostly always available (never a battle to get one, except maybe on the jetty/private beach). The selection of food was varied and catered to all palettes, and was well labelled for those with dietary needs. All very tasty. and the on site patisserie was an added bonus each afternoon. The bar man on roller blades by the pools was a nice touch. The drinks menu and restaurant options were available via QR code which is useful. A great variety of activities during the day and the evening for all age groups. There is also a small zoo which has a small variety of birds and fish. Not a very English speaking/friendly resort so if this bothers you, find another. Its mostly Russian and German tourists. But they do try really hard to help you when needed. The only negative was the onsite spa. What they sell you and what they deliver are not the same thing. Which is a shame. Next time I would try somewhere off site after our experience. We would absolutely return to this beautiful resort.

I have some experience with different all inclusive hotels in Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, UAE and non all inclusive even in Hawaii and Alaska. So Mirada unfortunately became worst experience I ever had. Even 4 star all inclusive hotels were better a way better!!! So just list of what I didn't like: - Some of restaurants in hotel were required extra pay!!! It's first time ever in my life I was in 5 star all inclusive hotel with that kind of "extra". - Problems with internet. 1 full day was out of internet at all. - Excessive noice in a room during a night. A lot of noice that coming from other rooms or floors I wasn't able to find out. No way to have a good sleep. - Telephone rings during the night. It feels like someone is playing with you. Phone ring at 2 am 4 am 5 am. Beside excessive noice you have no chance to sleep. - TV from the beginning of 2000. Very small, no HDMI, no way you can connect laptop or phone. - Non of pools in hotel are heated pools! And this is 5 star! Even enclosed pool with no heat. So we were unable to enjoy swimming pools due to cold water. - Poor variety of non alcoholic drinks. - Food variety also not impressive and doesn't match with 5 star. Overall don't waste your money and vacation time - stay away!

This is our second time visiting this amazing place. Last year, we stayed for just 11 nights, and it wasn’t enough, so this year, we booked 21 nights. The place is like heaven—spacious, lush, and filled with flowers. The food is beyond words, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I especially want to highlight the SPA and Azat (apologies if I’ve spelled it incorrectly) as a specialist. I had some back pain issues, and he helped fix them in just a few sessions. There is a kids club and an entertainment for kids every day as well as for adults.

Awesome hotel, happy service staff and wonderful Mediterranian sea view. Mirada del mar Kemer will my next choice, because i want to go there again and again. This hotel is the best choice for rest with a family. You can choose delicious meals and unlimited drinks

Just came back from 8 nights here. The hotel is fantastic. It was spotlessly clean everywhere and they have so many staff, more staff than I have ever seen at a hotel. We didn’t interact with many staff but those who we did were polite and courteous. Some struggled with English as it’s predominantly Russian and Germans who stay here, however, their English was better than my Turkish so fair play to them for even trying. The food was unbelievable and plenty of choice for everyone, it was always hot as well. There are lots of vegetarian options as well and they are clearly marked. Drinks were also great and even did bottled beers such as Tuborg, Blanc(Kronenberg) and Carlsberg(I didn’t realise people still drunk this stuff). There were constantly things going on if you wanted to be involved and the animation team were great at getting people involved. Big shout out to the roller skaters who deliver drinks and ice creams around the pool, they were awesome and a credit to the hotel. It was the little things for us like nuts served with drinks and bowls of crisps if you wanted them at night when at the bars. Popcorn was also provided at the shows. Just a final shout out to Akhurt(I think that’s the spelling) who worked in the breakfast hall in morning but then worked at Turquesa Snack bar. He was fantastic and always had a smile and greeted us like guests at his home whenever we went, he is again another real credit to the hotel. We were the only British at the hotel, we loved this though :) No ironing facilities at the hotel.

The hotel is just amazing, staff is very helpful and smiling face. The territory of the hotel is huge, lots of green area, even they have their own mini zoo. Lots of restaurants and bars, big choice of food. Every day there are different programs, shows, kids club, with lovely girls who play with them. I would definitely come back there again. One request, at the aquapark please put some plastic carpet, as everyone falling down there it is so slippery, my kid slipped there and hit her head. Our holiday could end badly. We have been to Turkey 7 times and have always enjoyed our stay at the various hotels we have chosen. This was our second time staying at the Mirada Del Mar along with my wife's sister and husband. My wife's sister makes all the arrangements for both her and her husband and ours through her travel agent in St. Petersburg Russia. Hotels, flights, and airport transfers are all paid months in advance. We checked in on the early evening of October 14th. The two young women at the check-in counter asked for our passports and when we presented our United States passports, we were informed that because we were checking in with U.S. Passports and not Russian passports there would be extra charges that needed to be paid. This was supposedly due to currency exchange rates between Russian and United States currency. This did not happen last year when we checked in so we instantly knew something was wrong. Without that prior knowledge, we would have just paid the charges not knowing they were not necessary. My wife pointed out that she has both U.S. and Russian passports but only brought our U.S. passports on this trip. The woman said she needed to produce a Russian Passport or we would have to pay the extra charges. We were fortunate enough to be able to contact her sister's travel agent in St. Petersburg, after work hours, who sent us a digital image of my wife's passport. The women reluctantly accepted this as proof, but said it was only temporary. They said they would check with their supervisors the next morning. We never heard anything else from anyone so we believed everything was fine, and it was. When my wife's sister contacted the travel agent, the agent became quite agitated. She stated that the two women had no good reason to even bring up this matter, that there were no extra charges required, and the women should have known better. She expressed her disappointment with Mirada Del Mar at that moment. This should never have happened. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mirada. I have very finicky eating habits but I was always able to enjoy a very good meal at each of the 3 mealtimes. At breakfast time I got to know Kahn, I hope that is the correct spelling of his name. He was working at the beverage bar and after the second day, he recognized me and knew that I would be asking for 2 glasses of orange juice which I did 2 times each morning. I had the same results over at the fried egg station. I like scrambled eggs. After ordering them for two days, the gentleman there recognized me and I didn't even have to ask him for the rest of our stay for my 4 scrambled eggs. He just knew. The women at the guest services desk were able to quickly and very pleasantly handle any internet problems we were having on our various devices and were a delight to work with. The hotel staff would always promptly notify everyone about stormy weather and when to stay out of the water. I enjoyed having ice cream which was available for several hours during the da
