At first I panicked at the distance it is from the city centre. It was a 5 minute drive. In all it was ok. The location is close to the exit to the highway but we did not hear any noise. The room was very big and spacious. Had a table to eat on and a corner nook with comfortable chairs. The bed was lovely and soft, like sleeping on a cloud. Sheeting felt great. The room had an AC to warm the room. We had it off during our sleep and were warm enough. It had tea/coffee with biscuits and a small mini bar. The bathroom was spacious and our towels were changed daily. We had the buffet breakfast and there was ample choices. We also had dinner at their restaurant. Very nice & lots of choices. The reception staff were wonderful and kind especially Sophie who listened & went over and beyond to help with a request which was honoured with much appreciation from me. Unfortunately it takes one staff member on late Saturday afternoon to spoil the vibe. It leaves a sour impression of the stay. Apart from her everything else I cannot fault. All staff from reception to breakfast & dinner were attenuative and friendly. Loved that the hotel was across the road from the famous bakery.

Wir blieben hier auf dem Weg nach Sydney die Zimmer sehr groß und sauber und gut mit Kaffee und Tee gespeichert .das Personal sind sehr freundlich das Restaurant war fantastisch und gut gepreiste beide Mahlzeiten waren großartig empfehlen es’ nahe der Straße aber sehr ruhig Wir würden hier wieder bleiben ohne Zwietracht

Currently, the hospitality of the manager and staff witnessed were most good and helpful without a need to ask as for all basis had been covered. The Alpine although highly underrated their services are most welcoming and accommodate well indeed. Room services are as described in the booklet as per request or if staying for a longer period of time, as per the reasonably requested for all whom are of these considerations to be made for the upkeep within the room of stay, whilst well mannered, respectful of needs or wants, time constraints and any reasonable requirement that may need to be met, inclusive of proper appropriation where truthfulness exists. The rules of stay are reasonable when reading the booklet provided in each room. Also, any unwanted attention, or unwarranted approaches, are tended to, with accordance to Alpine Heritage Motels rules provided in the booklet found in each room. There's much respect for the experiences and those whom have accommodated those experiences had during the recent stay and will be continued to be held for those at present in the highest of regards for the Alpine Heritage Motel management and staff under management. Thank you for your appreciation and kindnesses that I had witnessed, as all are doing their best which is good to see, with regards to the management and staff under management, as well as for those whom may be involved with the position of management.

Wir bleiben hier immer, aber ich denke, es ist für eine Renovierung zu schulden, da die Zimmer veraltet sind. Keine Minibar, einige der Möbel brauchen nicht da sein, Toilette schwer zu benutzen, da es minimale Clearance von der Tür bis zu dem, wo Sie sitzen. Vielleicht stellen Sie Bilder auf der Wand, um die schöne historische Gegend anstatt einigen dieser irrelevanten Gemälde zu zeigen

What a find!!! We checked into a Motel up the road, we stopped in for a meal after checking in. Warm and Welcoming, Really clean dinning area, with a coonara heater. Could not fault the staff at all, really lovely service, genuinely welcoming. And the meals !!!! WOW. So many Gluten Free options, nothing was too much trouble when asking for a small variation with meal. All meals came out together, which I love. The meals where big and filling, even for growing boys & (husband). I found the prices reasonable, and for the food quality totally worth it. Nothing left on our plates. We could not fit anything else in if we tried (Desert!!!!) We SO wanted the Sticky Date, we rolled out. (It will be the first thing I order next time!!!) Next trip we will also book accommodation as well.

Room: Spacious, clean, well presented. Just a one night stay, so room comfortable for our needs. Close to town, not even 2 minutes from the main road through Goulburn Nice gardens and grounds. Friendly reception staff, very laid back, just like chatting to family. Helpful.

Never staying again after having poor customer service after having 3 bottles of Powerade stolen by the cleaner and no apology or offer of replacement by the staff. Stayed 1 night, we had left 3 unopened bottles of Powerade and a drink bottle in the fridge as we were in town for a child’s soccer tournament. We realised 5 mins after checking out on our way to the soccer fields and rang the hotel straight away and asked if they could put them aside and we will collect in the afternoon. When we arrived to collect only the drink bottle was left, the cleaner had actually stolen all the Powerade!! The cleaner would not have had a chance to do this if the person who we spoke to actually retrieved them and put them aside when we rang. Disgusted that the staff member quite happily told us that afternoon that the cleaner had taken them, no apology or offer of replacement!! $15 worth of drinks stolen without any hesitation. Taking items that don’t belong to you is theft - simple!!
