The owner is very nice, the staff is very warm, and they can also help us book hot air balloons and various entertainment services. The hotel is also very cost-effective, and it is a very distinctive cave hotel.

Superbe accueil, très belle chambre, ma préférée de tout les hôtels fait auparavant. Personnel top. Petit déjeuner au top.

首先這間酒店的地理位置不算太差，比起較高的酒店相對嚟講很少一點斜路，是比較舒服的。 工作人員態度普遍不太有禮貌。而且透過他們預訂項目例如機場巴士等等都會比其他酒店貴。一般來說是10歐元，但是他們開價是12歐元，當然消費者需要自己格價。 酒店很嘈吵，基本上不隔音沒有冷氣不能關窗，附近餐廳的聲音或者歌唱聲要等到12點才會完，即是說你12點前根本不能睡覺，而你亦不可能透過關窗去阻隔噪音。 最後可以讚，亦都可以試不讚的地方，酒店價錢不貴，但是可以影到天台地氈熱氣球相片，但是他們的地氈有點污糟。

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, das Frühstück gut und die Lage auch, ABER: - Die Matratze ist ungefedert und hart - Im Badezimmer stinkt es immer wieder sehr aus den Abflüssen - Es gibt keinen Zimmer/Reinigungsservice - Die Kommunikation ist mangelhaft, leider wurde vom Hotel alles falsch gebucht, so dass wir sowohl Transfer als auch Ballonfahrt kurzfristig viel teurer neu buchen mussten - WLAN war fast immer aus - Es gab zwei Hunde vom Hotel, die ganz furchtbar behandelt wurden. Sie sind 24 Stunden an kurzem Ketten angekettet, alles ist dreckig, sie bekommen nur Abfall als Futter und dienen zur zum Spaß der Besitzer.. totale Tierquäulerei. Zusätzlich dazu bellen sie tagsüber und nachts die ganze Zeit.

Me and my my wife we stayed at the hotel for her 30th birthday. Everything was 10/10. Staff is incredibile amazing .they made so many surprise for us, amazing Breakfast , amazing hospitality One of best hotel experience I had I recommend 100%

The room was extremely clean and nice. The staff are available all the time and they are so friendly, they help with the tours and transport from and to the airport. We enjoy a lot there. Also the breakfast are full of tipical food and fruit from there. High recommended!!!!!

No hot water in the king suite there are no tvs or controllers we had three room and 2 were terrible shape and the curtains are short less privacy breakfast lady was nice except it was not enough for everyone.And I asked for a invoice they haven’t provided for a month they are lazy

Me and my friend spent 3 nights here. Arrived at laaaaate night and they were waiting for us. Got our lovely cave room. Next day we meet with the owner Tariq who was really friendly and offered programs around the city. The whole Hotel staff were so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great location near shops and diners. Clean and decent rooms. Accommodating staff especially kitchen guys and reception. Whenever you visit Kapadokya check out Travel Inn cave Hotel, we highly recommend it.

We had a really good time staying there. The hosts are super nice and supportive. You can ask them for taxi contact and other activities like ATV I recommend. The location is near the centre as well so it’s easy to walk around for restaurant and shopping. Price is affordable with nice room. Good view to see hot air balloon.

Öncelikle gelirken endişlerimiz vardı Geldikten sonra odarımız tertemizdi heryerden pırıl pırıl deterjan kokusu geliodu çok güzel titizlikle odamızı tertemiz bulduk en az 20 çeşit sabah kahvaltımız vardır calışanlar çok güler yüzlü bu yüzden hava abla ve ulviye ablaya bize anne şefkati gösterdikleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Not: ilk defa geldik. Odalar resimdekilerden daha güzel.
