여기 호텔 너무 좋아요♡ 동굴호텔이라 지저분하고 추울줄알았는데 따뜻하고 아늑해서 우리집처럼 편안해요~~~~~ 중심가 근처라 버스터미널 가깝고 근처에 좋은 레스토랑도 많고 벌룬이 호텔에서 보여요 그리고 벌룬 보러가는길도 가까워요 조식도 완전 짱!! 제일 좋았던건 깨끗하고 직원분들 모두 너무 친절해요 다음에 온다면 꼭 여기로 올꺼예요

What a beautiful hotel to spend our time in the Cappadocia region. The rooms are great, the view and location is unreal, breakfast was delicious, and there is even a Turkish spa on site. Big shoutout to Asya and Emir at the front desk who were especially helpful with booking tours and shuttles everywhere we wanted to go with exceptional providers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Göreme.

This place is absolute magic. From the moment you make your booking they are there for you helping you every step along the way, answering any questions you could possibly ask. I thought it couldn't get any better and then I arrived and it did. This family run hotel is absolutely unbelievable from the views, to the staff, to the accommodations, the location,and absolutely everything in between. From a home that his grandfather carved out the very chimney rooms you will get the privilege of watching hot air balloons and overviewing the Beautiful town. The staff will help you with absolutely everything you could ever think of and they are so wonderful. Do not miss out on Spa! The women do the most amazing job and a Turkish hammam is not something to be missed!! I was looking forward to having this visit along our journeys but I had no idea what I was in for and I was so sad to say goodbye. I put in a million hours researching the millions of hotels in this region and hope I had made the right choice, but truly after being here there's no other choice that could have been made. They make this place feel so incredibly enchanting and yet at the same time it felt like coming home each day. I could never possibly think this family and their staff enough. We appreciate you and we thank you!

This hotel offers fabulous views but is still only a short walk to shops and restaurants. We stayed in a fairy chimney room, which was quite an experience! No AC but the open windows and stone walls kept the room cool enough. Breakfast was out on the terrace, with plenty of choices. The staff booked our balloon rides and tours, so that was helpful.

We had the most special time staying in the Fairy Chimney Room and waking at 6 o’clock to see hundreds of hot air balloons floating slowly and silently past our window was a bonus. The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful, friendly and we wanted for nothing. Especially Serife and Ahmad who looked after us so well at breakfast. Ahmad met us as we arrived and made sure we had what we needed. The water in the shower was never warm enough and there was no hot water for the sink in the morning, but it didn’t matter. This is a special hotel and I have to thank the boss, whose name I never did find out, was on the ball when it came to answering my emails from the U.K. and for arranging airport shuttles and local taxis. And what a breakfast. A sumptuous buffet. And delicious omelettes. I recommend anyone to visit the unique area of Cappadocia. I recommend anyone to visit the town of Göreme and I especially recommend the Panoramic Cave Hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Panoramic Cave Hotel in one of the Fairy Chimney Rooms. the staff were incredibly helpful and eager to arrange us with guided tours, Dervish ceremonies, and other events. They arranged for shuttles to take us to and from the airport and to these events as well, making our vacation very stress free and simple. The fairy chimney suite was an experience. We found it in excellent condition and well maintained every day. It was very clean and spacious, too, which I greatly appreciate. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and something to look forward to. I cannot stress enough how kind the staff was. In a town full of good, friendly people, they were above and beyond in accommodating us. The fairy chimney suites have a great view of downtown Goreme, and one morning we woke up to the incredible view of the hot air balloons taking off in the morning. We could walk to anything we needed, which included a bank, post office, a pharmacy, and many, many shops and restaurants. Public transport is also within a few minutes walk. The Panoramic Cave Hotel staff will happily help you book all your tours like the Green and Red Tours or a jeep safari when you arrive. The one thing I recommend you book in advance is the hot air balloon ride that Cappadocia is famous for. For that, I'd recommend Turquaz Balloons. Book your balloon ride as far in advance as possible, and schedule it for as early in your stay as possible because weather frequently delays balloon rides until later in the week. We both loved out stay at Panoramic Cave Hotel. The hotel itself became one of our favorite conversation pieces to tell friends and family when we returned home. I cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing hotel with so kind personal start from reservation till breakfast team , thanks a lot for Ahmat with lady in breakfast time they are very kind, helpful. View in hotel it not possible to describe 😍it’s Much better come and see here in reality. The location is the best, with a large balcony from where you can view the hot air balloons each morning ! The rooms are small but you get a good cave hotel experience. Staff is friendly and cooperative, helping us to arrange local tours. It's easily accessible to the cafes and restaurants and shopping .so a perfect pick as it has its in house hammam and spa as well
