Für ein 4-Star Hotel sind die Einrichtungen und Service mit anderen Hotels in der Region vergleichbar und der Preis ist vernünftig. Der einzige Rückschlag war, dass ich nach dem Parken des Autos im Grünbuch nicht die Tür zum Hotellift öffnen konnte, weil ich nicht die PIN-Nummer hatte, die die Tür zu öffnen brauchte. Glücklicherweise half mir ein Wartungspersonal, die durchging, die Tür zu öffnen. Als ich den Empfangsmann fragte, wurde mir gesagt, wir sollten sie anrufen, um die Pin-Nummer zu erhalten und die Tür zu öffnen. Ich finde das ziemlich absurd, weil es nicht erwähnt wurde, während ich das Internet buchte, und es gab keine Nachricht vom Hotel über diese Anforderung.

Im Vergleich zu mehreren anderen kleinen Hotels in der Nähe ist dieses Hotel sicherlich über ihnen alle in Bezug auf Komfort - schönes Bett mit guten Kissen, schöne Dekoration, auch gute Duschen. Aber das Zimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett verlässt nicht viel Platz, um zu bewegen. Frühstück ist sehr grundlegende, in mehreren Sachen, von denen Sie nur eine wählen müssen.

Anreisen um 2.30pm und sie lassen mich checken. Ich habe Zimmer auf dem oberen Stock, wie je nach Anfrage. Gutes Zimmer und Reinigung war akzeptabel. Diese Zimmerkategorie hat Bad, obwohl die Rezeptionisten unten gesagt haben nein. Vor dem Hotel war es langsam und in der Nähe des Hotels kam es zu Mamak. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist im Zentrum von KL, in der Nähe von Lowyat Der Ort ist überfüllt und voll, aber ich denke, es ist in Ordnung Ich mag den Ort wirklich, es ist sauber, Auch der Preis ist erschwinglich Auch das Parken muss nur Rm5 bezahlen Empfehlen für eine Reise in KL

LOCATION :- Was great! Not very crowded and easy car parking ROOM :- We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay. STAFF :- They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service. LIFT :- It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up 😅 OVERALL :- The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine. Thank you 😄

Overall a value for money stay, however there's a few things you must note. Construction works is still going on at the whole area, and the drop off at lobby is not open. You must go through the parking at level B4 or B3. The carpark is very dusty. It took us 3 times round the block before we found the way. The view from the pool at level 39 is nice and the gym is huge. The rooms are very new and clean. My only complaint is the toilet is bare and does not have a shower screen. The toilet gets very wet after showering and there is little place to hand you clothes.
