Hotel attento alla cura dei clienti e personale pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza; abbiamo alloggiato li per un viaggio di lavoro in sei ragazze provenienti dalla sicilia e tutte siamo rimaste più che soddisfatte e contente del servizio offerto, umiltà e attenzione per tutti gli ospiti oltre alla cortesia e disponibilità che si sono state offerte! Das Hotel ist OK. Gute Punkte: Zimmer sind geräumig, und das Bett ist komfortabel. Die Dusche war gut, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Nicht so gute Punkte: Die Lage ist nicht das beste. Einige Zimmer übersehen den Grafit-Wandhafen und einen großen Park, der von Jungen Rennfahrern am Abend verwendet wird. Die Zimmer übersehen den schönen Park haben einen besseren Blick. Die Balkone sind sehr eng und sind unbrauchbar und haus die Klimaanlage. Das Personal im Allgemeinen ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir waren Teil einer großen Leger Coach Party und hatten Frühstück und Abendessen enthalten. Das Frühstück war gut, aber das Abendessen war schlecht bis unsöhnlich. Trinken waren etwas über den Durchschnittspreisen, aber das Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank, und es gibt einen Supermarkt neben dem Park. Obwohl es nicht eine gute Lage ist, ist es ein einfacher Spaziergang zur Stadt, die viele Restaurants und Geschäfte hat. Es gibt auch einen Bus (4) außerhalb des Hotels, der eine 15-20 Min Reise (€1.50) zu einem schönen lokalen Strand ist, da es keinen Pool gibt. Es gibt eine große Terrasse vom Restaurant, die sie mir selbst dann, wenn das Restaurant geschlossen wurde, setzen und verwenden lassen. Für ein 4* Hotel, ich denke es ist mehr ein 3*

Arriving late at night to the hotel we literally got taken to our room. After travelling all day and arriving to temps of over 30 degrees we weren’t even offered a glass of water! Rooms were lovely, well equipped and spacious. Paid for a balcony but ours was not big enough to sit out on, we would have been touching knees. Rooms were well cleaned every day and mini bars replenished daily (although you pay for everything in mini bar). Breakfast was lovely, big choice. Staff were lovely. There were signs up saying you CANNOT take food from the restaurant. The pool area is lovely but only 17 sun beds and half had been replaced with hardboard where rattan had obviously come apart. Although they had cushions on top, those ones were so hard and uncomfortable to lie on. They need to invest in new ones and either some more or some reclining chairs (as there is not an enormous amount of space). There was only about 4 umbrellas which is not enough especially as the temperature is so high throughout the summer. You can only get a drink between 10 and 3 by either using whatever is in your mini bar or asking at reception who will and said they will only serve basics. The proper bar opens at 3pm for any drinks and a few snacks like toasted sandwiches and mozzarella/tomatoes. There is a very small supermarket about 4 min walk, it does not have a lot of choice but have some basics. It’s open 8-1 then closed until 5-8 so very limited. So you need to think carefully about food and drink when booking this hotel. No pool towels are available and there is nowhere that I could find in the village that sold them. The village is very pretty and we ate in 5 restaurants and they were all very good. Local wine is very good. There was a few shops all pretty expensive. High end clothes shops, swimwear shops, linen clothes shops. A pretty square and it is quite buzzy at night. Restaurants need to be booked. It’s rare to get a table but just walking in. The pool area is very very quiet, you find yourself whispering which isn’t that comfortable. In the bar area they have background music and I think they should extend it to pool area to make it more relaxing. The restaurant at the hotel is lovely. Independent from the hotel, it’s high end but great quality food and wines. They give a discount if you are staying at the hotel. The day we were leaving we asked reception could someone come and help with our luggage and the lady said “the man isn’t here”. I asked her is there not another man on site, she said she would call me back. It was 3 or 4 flights of stairs. After a while she called back and said “I found a man”. To say I was grateful is an understatement. So I would say it’s a very pretty hotel in quite a rural setting. Breakfast is great but found food/drink for rest of the day needed thought. It would be good if you could purchase crisps or savory snacks at hotel or if they extended the bar hours and menu. Sunbeds & umbrellas need ad

Alles ausgezeichnet. Totale Bereitschaft gegenüber dem Gast, alle Mitarbeiter super auf jede Frage aufmerksam . Mr. Luca ist eine Nummer eins wie sein Gastgeber. Vielfältiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück. große und komfortable Räume. Ich werde sicher zurück in Colonna Palace Hotel de Via Montello. Sehr empfehlenswert.

A complete disappointment, booked this hotel because it looked like a great 4 star hotel with great facilities. The photographer has done an amazing job. Reality is, the hotel is in a bad condition and needs a lot of attention/repairs. Reception: Check-in staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby area is basic Lifts/stairs and hallways: Run down, poorly maintained, dirty and stains, broken glass replaced with wood and a bedsheet on the 3rd floor. Open seating area: None of the fountains and lift at the centre of the hotel work. These were clearly a feature once upon a time (cruise ship style) Pool: Faces a car and the railway line/station. Room: Very basic and poorly cleaned/housekeeping, TV did not work, selection of channels only local, no international selection not even English news. Wood cupboards chipped, wardrobe doors broken, curtain with holes, air conditioning you cannot control you have to call reception. Room bathroom: Old, poorly maintained, mould clearly visible, broken/cracked tiles, shower basic with little power/pressure Breakfast: We opted to pay as we go, as we preferred to venture out in the morning. The selection of food was not great. The most disappointing was the fact we were not allowed to top up our water bottles as they stated it was only for breakfast. Note; there was nowhere in the hotel to get fresh drinking water without having to pay each time to top up. This includes the gym area. Gym: Great gym, spacious and up to date equipment. Spa: This is another disappointing space. Read the small print tour stay does not include use of the spa. You have to pay €25 each time. The facilities are not all working, which they fail to advise. Fountains in the jacuzzi area do not work, hot stone path do not work, ice/plunge pool is room temp, relaxation area has no real spa scents or music, no cups provided for drinking water. Area: Did not feel safe walking into Olbia town, although only a few minutes walk. It feels very unsafe

Unsere Erfahrung als Halbpensionsgast, der mit einem erstklassigen Agenten reiste, den wir schon oft genutzt hatten, war eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir stellten fest, dass der Service, den wir als Bewohner erhielten, deutlich unter einem Vier-Sterne-Haus lag Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gebeten, ein Foto unserer Bankkarte zu kopieren, was wir akzeptierten, da wir kein Konto für etwaige Extras haben konnten, die uns während unseres Aufenthalts entstanden waren. Am ersten Abend, als wir zum Abendessen ankamen, gab es keine Speisekarte, um unsere Mahlzeit auszuwählen. Dies wurde jedoch behoben Auf unseren Wunsch hin, aber während des Aufenthalts wurde nie eine Weinkarte präsentiert und der Kellner servierte uns auf seine Empfehlung hin einen Wein, der nicht sehr professionell war. Einmal war das Restaurant mit Gästen voll, die vorbeikamen, und die weibliche Chefin war mehr daran interessiert, diese Kunden zu bedienen Wir wurden aufmerksam gemacht und bekamen unsere Unterschrift für eine Flasche Wasser, die wir beim Abendessen getrunken hatten, nicht. Zu unserem Erstaunen schickte sie später um 22.30 Uhr eine Kellnerin auf unser Zimmer, um ihr Protokoll zu unterschreiben, was wir ungläubig als höchst unprofessionell empfanden, da das Hotel Zugang hatte zur Zahlung Das Management muss die Behandlung der Gäste von Ferienunternehmen verbessern, wenn diese ihr Geschäft behalten möchten.
