Die Zimmer und die ganze Anlage sind so weit sauber, jedoch stark in die Jahre gekommen und somit renovationsbedürftig. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Internet-Empfang, dieser wird nur in der Empfangshalle angeboten. Das Buffet war langweilig und wenig ansprechend, anstelle von richtigem Geschirr/Besteck gibt es sehr viel Plastik. Auch das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant sehr unmotiviert und eher unfreundlich. Ziehen bei einem nächsten Besuch in Douz definitiv ein anderes Hotel vor.

Great new destinations hotels with Sahara desert at your fingertips, beautiful private rooms and marvelous decor. I loved the way the traditional interiors matches perfectly the environment and the outdoor design. There is a great care for details and a high cleaning standard. Their Clarins spa looks stunning, big and it features a well equipped gym. I recommend you to spend longer stays for a a slow vacation and full immersion into this peaceful oasis.
