Hotel Penaga

Toller Ort, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, tolle Gastfreundschaft, tolle Erfahrung! Nasi Kandar gegenüber dem Hotel ist alles, was wir brauchen, Sedap Gila Sudah! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich in der Stadt bleibe!

Ich genieße mein Hotel so sehr ... das Hotel ist schön und geräumig ... ich liebe den Whirlpool so sehr ... dieses Hotel liegt in der Nähe aller Orte, die ich in Penang besuchen möchte ... der Preis ist angemessen und billiger als in anderen Hotels in der Nähe

We were really contented with our room in Hotel Penaga, which is a suite located on level 2 in the other wing. Not so suitable for those with big luggage as you have to climb up the stairs. The room next to us is like a loft and has two levels. The decoration of the room feels very antique and Peranakan, we liked the funky poster and the wood ornaments, even the cupboard had some nice painting. The bathroom also had a bathtub but the hot water took a long time to fill up. Breakfast buffet was nothing much to rave about, you are better off trying out some cafe or local hawker food, as Penang is a food haven! In terms of location, Penaga is situated in the old town and quite easy to walk around, included to the famous cendul place, Komtar building Penang and mural areas (around 15 min walk). The area is quiet at night, but the bars and nightlife area is within walking distance. Overall we stayed for 3 nights here and enjoyed the whole experience.
