Das Hotel ist ganz neu und die Lage ist sehr praktisch. In der Nähe gibt es einen lokalen Lebensmittelmarkt. Das Zimmer ist gut, auch wenn es recht klein ist, aber für ein oder zwei Personen gut genug. In der Lobby gibt es kostenlos frisch gebrühten Kaffee.

Das Hotel ist neu, modern und liegt im historischen Zentrum von Georgetown, wo Sie bequem durch die farbenfrohen Straßen schlendern und Einkaufszentren finden können. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Lobby ist gemütlich und duftet angenehm. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser gibt es kostenlos. Zu den Minuspunkten gehörte, dass alle Steckdosen in unserem Zimmer nicht funktionierten und wir unsere Handys nicht aufladen konnten. Das Hotelpersonal rief umgehend einen Handwerker und tauschte unser Zimmer schließlich gegen dasselbe mit Fenster aus. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt war, dass der Pool während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts nicht funktionierte. Das war uns sehr wichtig, da wir uns für ein Hotel mit Pool entschieden hatten.

Relatively new hotel in a central location, about a 10 minute walk to KOMTAR and practically next to Cecil market for access to hawker food. Near to good bars as well. Room was a bit small when compared to other Malaysian hotels but not cramped. Well laid out with enough space to walk and area to unload your luggage. Room does not have a viewable window but instead has sort of a skylight to let light into the room.

Location & services by the hotel is good 👍🏻 one things to said the room is small.

Really very good experience here l, been to Penang so many times and this is one of the best experiences i ever had. All the staff is really friendly and nice they also offered us a cup of coffee when we arrive. Their coffee is always available at the front desk area! The hotel is very clean and there's even a pool and a 24hr gym. Perfect place to stay in Penang. Close to Cecil street market as well. Absolutely wonderful 👍🏻

Lovely and comfy stay, friendly staff

The staff surprised us with a beautifully decorated room with slice of cake during our anniversary. Overall the stay was pretty great as the hotel is very new and housekeeping cleaned the room really well. They also have free coffee and tea. They use real coffee beans for their coffee and boh tea for their teas. Location is near to Cecil market and well located near main Georgetown area.

Great experience staying here. From the moment I step into the hotel, I feel warm and welcomed by the staffs. Location is good, as u can walk to many eateries. Opposite is the Cecil market where u can have plenty of local eateries. The only downside is the parking, only street parking and might need to turn few rounds around the area to park your car. Other than this, everything is good.

Pillow need improve cos it is too hard for me
