Resorts World Genting - First World Hotel Bewertungen

Es ist ein absolutes Abenteuer hier zu übernachten. Allein schon die Anfahrt über die Seilbahn ist besonders. Das Hotel liegt zwischen mehreren Einkaufszentren, einem Indoor- und Outdoor-Freizeitpark in den Bergen. Der Check-In ist über Self-Check-In Terminals möglich, aber das hatte mit meinem Deutschen Pass nicht geklappt, weshalb ich an den Schalter musste. Early Check-In ist sogar ab 6:00 Uhr in der Früh möglich! Das Zimmer war klein, praktisch, aber nichts atemberaubendes. Für den Preis absolut angemessen!

this trip book triple room, email to request for mountain view, and I really got it, just pay abit more, to book triple room, and it's much bigger and comfortable, upons arrival, just paid another 19 Ringgit, for ealry check in, get very clean room with mountain views, very happy with this trip stay, easy & fast check in, trip.com alwsys never fail me, will continue to book from trip .com, whenever I travel on free & easy. thank you trip.com and genting customer service. sorry forgot to take photo of the room, as in was excited with the mountain views.

The room cleaning typically occurs between 3:30 to 4:30 pm. This often meant we couldn’t rest in the room after coming back from outside. The price is affordable and the location is good. But should be more clean.

Checkin was a little difficult - we encountered issues with the self check-in machine and note that Malaysians require MyKad and passport does not work. We were constantly redirected by the different staffs until someone finally resolved it for us.

You need a lot of patience queuing for checkin. Queue to register your passport to their system, queue to self-checkin only to find out that there's no more available eventhough booked way too ahead, queue to get a queue# for assitance, queue to get assistance. It took hours for us just to checkin. At 10am, their construction at Tower 3 starts which is very annoying as it is too loud.

The location of First World Hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to Genting’s main attractions. However, the long check-in process was a bit frustrating. If you’re patient and prioritize convenience, it’s a decent option for a short stay.

The hotel check in was bad, rooms were below average for the price charged The staff response is bad, one of the staff tried to be a little helpful but not very successful Rather stay in another hotel in genting highlands

This hotel is ok for 1 night stay and for the convenient purpose of going to the casino. The check in process is super terrible and no clear instruction to people who booked through 3rd party like Trip.com etc that they have to do some registration first before you can even check in, wasted our time queuing at the self check in kiosk, I don't know why such simple notice cannot be place all over the lobby area. We stayed in non-smoking level but still can smell people smoking at nigh, but at least the room cleanness is ok. . Oh ya there have people right at the lobby keep asking if you want to buy the room stay, hotel side mentioned illegal but no action taken. For the amount spent for such hotel room, I don't think is worth the value at all. If you are super gambler then this is good hotel because your routine is just Eat Sleep Gamble Repeat

Very poor self service check-in process. There were no proper directions and guidance. Used the self check machines hoping to check in early, only to found out that all online bookings of hotels need to first Q up at the OTA line for the staff to input your ID in their booking system before you can do self check in. Total time spent waiting at the OTA Q is about 1 hr. Took a Q number of for service counter to help but they were 50 over people in-front of me. As I have child with me, decided to go for lunch. Came back at 3pm to do self check in and no keep showing no room available. Ended up I had to approach the service counter for help. As I have missed my Q number, I approached the supervisor but was told to wait at counter 10 which was not moving. As I saw counter 7 was cleared, I went up and was served by Miss Dyna. I appreciated her outstanding customer service. Knowing that I had booked 2 rooms, she straight away assigned adjoining rooms for me without asking. However, the first assigned rooms weren’t adjoining so we have to return back to counter and approach her. She apologised and re-assigned the rooms to us and this time is correct. Glad to serve by her which makes our day pleasant. As for the rooms, don’t expect too much. I was assigned to level 4 and facing another room windows. The floors weren’t clean as hair, dirt can still be found on floor, so we go to buy slippers. no wifi in the hotels and network in the rooms were poor. Despite having data roaming or even eSIM it was bad. The only plus point was easy accessible. Best to get better rooms if with children. The rooms photos should be updated as is misleading.

It’s just nice for a one day trip up to Genting, it’s a budget stay so don’t expect any amenities. Just nice to just have a rested night as you hang out the whole day at the theme park

Yeay we really enjoy this trip, definitely will choose again this hotel if stay at genting especially when u want to go to the theme park

Check in was a mess . The check in machine couldn't detect the passport even when we slot it in nicely. Took almost 2 hour just by queueing and getting my room card. The carpet floor in the room also feels very sticky and dirty. Overall if you were to get this room for free with genting points thn I guess it's OK. But if u were to pay for the nights, would recommend u to pay more to stay at other hotel instead. Room was very very small. Shower area was so small I couldn't close the door without squeezing myself to 1 corner of the shower room...

The wait was too long. They should have a better way to manage the queue when checking in.
