The hotel room is both smelly and dirty. The entire space feels like I am staying at a super cheap and unsanitary place. When we wake up in the morning, we are greeted by a strong toilet smell instead of fresh air. Throughout the night, we have the unfortunate company of numerous insects. Additionally, the bed sheet is wet and emits an unpleasant odor. The water heater is not functioning, and the temperature is even insufficient for cooking instant noodles. Staying in this hotel feels like being part of a terrible movie. Despite the fact that we paid around 300+++, the room resembles that of a budget hotel on the street. I will never return to this place and strongly advise against booking it

這個酒店距離娛樂場很遠，娛樂場基本上打不到grab和的士。聯繫酒店職員等了兩個小時才回，還是要通過平台才聯繫得上，問她怎麼去酒店，衹堅持説超市旁有個bus站，沒有任何指示教你去。最後從五點搞到九點才給你個司機微信，送我們過去。雲頂基本上不會有網約車接單，因為平台訂價衹是20，而他們內部標準價是40. 遺憾是酒店不會告訴你，害你傻呼呼等半天。

過了很久才想起來評論，抱歉。酒店設施齊全，入住簡單方便。在34樓的陽台看出去就感覺在雲層裏，氣温衹有十幾度，很涼快。

有史以來體驗最差的住宿，沒有之一！雲頂之旅因為住宿體驗大打折扣，可以裝修簡單，可以商業寥寥無幾……但衞生真的不可以這麼差！多的不説，直接看圖吧，跟管家反應的結果是要下次給入住折扣，還敢來嗎……對了，小朋友們開櫥櫃門居然還發現蜈蚣！

1.首先能坐擺渡車的話優先跟管家定擺渡車哈。因為打車很難講清去哪裡。在the first hotel這邊車價比較混亂。報價25-40都有，也不缺客人。所以想省事的話還是可以定擺渡，6rm一位。 2.其次酒店位置是酒店公寓，到Grand Ion Delemen Hotel位置後可以找管家來接，因為過去房間還是有點繞。 3.公寓酒店的環境還是很好的，是個套房，廚房飲水機冰箱洗衣機熨斗電視等都有。還有零食可以吃。主要還是對衞生間設計比較滿意，因為有衣物掛鈎和通風，換洗很方便。 4.雲頂可能是因為雲多的關係其實也看不到什麼哈。外面都是雲和霧。

房間寬敞，乾淨亮麗。陽台風景超好，山景帶應時雲霧。家庭用具齊全。健身房、泳池、便利店、餐廳皆有。上山頂的娛樂綜合體方便且快（10分鐘左右）。還會再去。

房間挺大，也挺乾淨的。非常舒服。隔音效果差，隔壁房的人在吵鬧，影響休息。 入住體驗不好，沒有清楚的指示，客人也非常多，地方小，非常擁擠。 房間裏的Wi-Fi很差。

酒店的位置還是很不錯的，坐班車也很方便。衹可惜去的時候趕上了霧天，住了2晚都沒看到漂亮景色，全是霧氣。好天氣可遇不可求。

位置是在雲頂商場後面約兩公里，可提供免費停車。酒店平台有幾點餐廳可以吃早晨。從酒店房間可以看到雲頂。房間還算乾淨。

公寓算乾淨，有飲水機，設備齊全，也提供免費停車位（在雲頂停車場收費不便宜）。Check in拿鑰匙有些繁瑣，事先要聯繫負責人拿入住指南。 位置有些偏遠，和Genting Highlands遊樂場&賭場有些距離，開車要10-15分鐘左右（無法步行）。但它在最高處，房外景色好看！

Sky d'Mont Suites Genting Highlands is located next to Grand Ion Delemen Hotel & Service Apartment. Sky D'Mont is a self check in service apartment. Call the apartment number and they will instruct on the check in procedure. It takes around 5 mins drive to go to the theme park. Apartment was clean and comfortable and you may also cook on your own. There is My News kiosk nearby and you may go to Grand Ion Delemen Hotel for breakfast/lunch or dinner.

自助型的入住，挺好的服務，會中文。店家會加微信發個護照照片就可以登記入住了，自己去取鑰匙。房間有個框裏裝滿了小零食免費哦哈哈
