Extremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

The hotel room is very spacious. our room was newly renovated. The receptionist sheraine was very helpful and friendly. Room is somewhat not soundproof especially the shower room. When I tried to check it the shower/restroom of our room is just divided by wood from the other room which makes it noise when the other room is using shower or taking a. bath. Target, raising canes, outback and joes crab shack are walking disctance.Other than soundproof and noise , everything is good about this hotel and value for money.

Close to Disneyland! We stayed for a night but the suite was very spacious and nice.

Love the space and layout of the rooms. It’s a quick and easy drive to the Disney Parking lot so I enjoy booking a room here when I can. I wish there were more amenities-the rooms and bathroom has limited amenities.

Trip.com mentioned nothing about a $50 parking fee for this hotel at all when booking. Not only that, the hotel charged the customer a fee for internet usage. I made a complaint, and then they took it off under one condition,I had to sign up for their hotel program by providing my email and zip code. The sofa bed’s mattress was so soft that you couldn’t get a good night's sleep. All of the hotel's pillows were made of cheap material (so flat ). I would not go back to this hotel again for sure.

We had a great overall stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed. The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the couch was cozy, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, we did find a roach in the room, which was definitely concerning. Even though it was just one that we saw, it’s never something you expect or want to encounter during a hotel stay. Cleanliness is important, and I hope management takes additional pest control measures to prevent this from happening again. The internet also did not work on the first day and wasn’t up and running until the following night, which was inconvenient. The ice room was very sketchy and did not seem well-maintained, and the microwave in was not working properly and appeared a bit dirty. These smaller maintenance issues added up and made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. Unfortunately, we have not yet received our damage deposit back, which has been disappointing. We are hoping this will be resolved promptly. I would also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones provided left our hair feeling very dry. Overall, it was a good stay with a few things that could definitely be improved

The room was nice, the only problem was the internet didn’t work, they said they would send maintenance no one came. I requested house keeping no one ever came as well for the new bed sheets that were needed. We also didn’t receive new towels for the 2 days we stayed even after we requested them.

No hot water in our room. Tried to call the property, room phone wasn’t working either. Reported it to the front desk, two days later same problem. Phone never did work. Front desk not very friendly-zero follow thru. Won’t be back.

We are staying on holiday it was so happy with the service. The trip is so good better than cheap Onair. I have more than 1700 usd points on Cheaponair but I can’t used it to buy tickets…

Room was great and close to Disneyland.

We stayed with our granddaughters soccer team in this hotel. It was great for Disney, even though there was no free shuttle and we had to pay to use the bus on the off day. The bar was very accommodating to us and the room was good but the hotel and decor felt older.

There was a good selection of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon. The dining area was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to enjoy our meals. The amenities at the hotel were also impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, and we appreciated having access to a heated outdoor pool, which was a great way to unwind after busy days.
