Trip.com shows an average score of 4.7/5.0  . I personally think it deserves a 5.0. When I looked at the posted pictures, I wasn’t really impressed. When I went inside the room I was astonished at how nice the room actually look. The room look much better than the pictures.  The look of the 2nd floor on the side of the 民宿 facing the street is not good but once you step inside, you will enter into a very beautiful lobby and then further in the rooms.  I am picky about the workmanship of the room . The room is quite well built and it is hard to find any flaw. The room design is aesthetically beautiful. It is pleasing to the eyes. The white wall gives me a cheerful mood. The expansive windows offers an excellent view and a lot of natural light. The room is bright with bedside buttons to turn off the necessary lights when I went to bed. There are lounge areas where one can relax and enjoy the tranquil ambience. I like the shower area separates from the toilet . The shower stall has a door so area in front of the toilet remains dry after shower.  The location can’t be beat . It is very close , within walking distance of all major attractions. The street is full of antique stores but within 10 to 15 minutes you can find many food options. There was daily house keeping. Garbage was disposed and towels replaced during my stay. The cleaning crew really did a great job. I saw 3 different persons at the reception desk. They were all very helpful and kind. I have asked him to show me how to shut the window, turn on the heater etc and he came right away to help. The included daily breakfast offers a range of choices. I love this hotel and wish that I could stay longer. Many thanks to the staff of the 民宿for their hardwork . 

Super convenient location

酒店位置非常好，離大宋不夜城很近，古浮橋也不遠，城牆也是幾百米，八境湖就在酒店邊上，在房間裏推開陽台門就是湖面。就是服務一般，沒有問候也不會幫你拿下行李。但是我詢問問題時倒是還是會熱情的回答。總體體驗感還是不錯的。

很喜歡湖舍民宿，坐落在八境湖邊，房間衞生乾淨，推窗見湖中小島鶴鳴，湖光一色，這樣的意境讓人忘卻煩憂，盡情享受生活的風景，前台接待和餐廳人員熱情有禮貌！贊👍🏻

民宿門面不大，裏面卻深而大。老闆為我們升級了房間可以看到旁邊的公園，房間乾淨還有一個大露台，離八鏡湖公園、夜市很近，出入方便。

酒店離景區超級近，出遊很方便！！房間設備很新，舒適，表揚前台小楊，能幫我們及時更換房間，看我們帶小孩，特意升級了房間，遠離路邊！遠離喧囂，下次還會選擇哦！

優點：景觀一流，離景點很近，房間很大，小哥給我們升級了房間，還贈送了早餐券，有戴森風筒。 缺點：周圍餐飲較少，沒有電梯，房間缺少毛巾桿，廁所和淋浴間之間的玻璃是透明的，不方便兩人同時使用，續住那一天沒有搞衞生。

前台小哥哥安排一個有獨立平台的房間，好開心啊！酒店出門往對面逛就是文化城的入口，慶幸自己選對了酒店位置，省了停車的煩惱，不過就是費用要自己給，好在提車費才收了10元，總體來説還不錯，滿意

民宿地處江南宋城歷史文化旅遊區，晚上去逛逛很方便，也很好看。民宿門臉不大，裏面很寬敞，也很有設計感。房間裏乾淨整潔，臨湖，清晨和傍晚坐在陽台上，沏上一杯茶，感覺很好。民宿有早餐，中餐晚餐提供供應服務，得提前半小時説，宋城裡也有吃飯的地方。

房間衞生，環境很好，服務也周到。特別是臨近湖，湖景很美。店家還升級了榻榻米床，孩子很喜歡。很喜歡的一家民宿。

入住在公園內酒店非常滿意。接待非常周到細緻，服務理念為上上層。陽台外景色迷人，空氣非常清新，入睡相當安靜。早餐內容也非常豐富，吃得相當好。

很好很棒，離所有景點近，環境不錯，對着八境公園，離宋城近真心不錯！值得推薦 設施：好 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：好！！！！！！！！

該民宿位置不錯，周邊就是景區，步行都衹要幾分鐘，吃的、玩的非常方便，房間衞生挺好，整體效果挺好，選擇這裏真挺好

八境湖舍民宿位於老城區離景點都很近，到不夜城和古城牆都衹需5分鐘，八境台和浮橋都是十分鐘左右到的，房間很大依湖而建，有個很大的露台可以在外面泡茶聽鳥聲看書，環境優美，前台小哥和小姐姐熱情周到，早餐品種不算多但有阿姨現煮的湯粉，味道不錯，確實是很舒服的一次入住體驗，大家如果要來贛州絕對可以選擇的民宿。
