Es ist das Hotel, mit der Familie zu bleiben. Personal sind extrem hilfreich und kooperativ. Aussicht und Einrichtungen im Hotel sind sehr gut. Essen ist fabulös. Wir hatten alle unsere Mahlzeiten im Hotel. Suraj und Hausbetreuungspersonal waren erstaunlich, sich mit ihm zu vertraut zu machen. So ödmjuk und hilfreich. Wird wieder besuchen.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

I booked to stay one night with my father. Their staff are so amazing they changed the room immediately as my father could not walk too ***y stairs. So I would like to say their staff and hospitality is top notch. The room was really nice however there was a sound that came from the kitchen exhaust which was like a generator. So until the kitchen shut at 10pm this noise was there. This is the only negative part of my stay. The other suggestion I have is to have some room to do exercises or games room or something. Its an amazing property. Loved it.

This is one great property at a really reasonable price. The infrastructure is to notch and staffs are very professional and go out of their way to make it a great experience for you. The added bonus is the delicious food they serve. Must visit if you are coming to gangtok
