The room was well maintained and washroom was too hygienic..Food quality was top notch..Service was also very nice..They were always on the line whenever we needed some help..The staffs especially Mashal was very very cooperative..They organised the birthday party very well and to be honest more than our expectation..They too fulfill our demands without any hesitation..Totally worth it coming here..We will keep visiting

I have asked to arrange one Birthday Dinner for my guest on 18th to Sanyal Da. He has them handed over this responsibility to Mr Mashal.. I was excellently helped by Mr Mashal to make it a memorable evening for our guest. 10/10 Regards Sadanand

The rooms are clean and comfortable..bathrooms are tidy clean.. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful..ready to help you anytime..would give you proper suggestions on local travel sites.. The food in their restaurants is amazing..the staff in the restaurant is great.. The rooms are good. The overall service is also good. The swimming pool is clean. The area is well maintained in clean. Parking is free for guests. The staffs are kind and helpful. It's worth the money and if you can afford it you must visit it once.

Services are indescribable. Starting from food,cleaning etc etc all are just amazing. The manager and the staffs are very kind and helpful. We visited sinclair's for the second time and it's just amazing. Sinclair's will surely fulfill all your desires and it's totally worth the money and we hope it will be better and better day by day.

Very cooperative management & the hotel incharge ( operation manager) Nilavra Sanyal is very much helpful.good place for conference & wedding & about the view nothing to say...as per myself it's the best view on gangtok , and the food is too good

Excellent hospitality , all the staff were cordial . Lot of happy memories . Even the pool area was very good. Superb view from the balcony. It’s near to city and connectivity is good .. if someone wish to come To Gangtok i will surely recommend this hotel .

Stay has been comfortable. The response is good. All staff are cooperative.It is far from MG Marg.The hotel is neat and clean. The view from premium room is beautiful. Recommended.Clear trip should have been prompt with response of amendment request.

Room service and every staff is cooperative and humble. I will give everyone suggestion it is perfect place to book. check for television bcz of there recharge otherwise their staff and everything is good and perfect and cooperative.

Great stay at Sinclairs.. good food, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Karan was very helpful, and the rest of the staff there too! The view from the rooms is especially beautiful. The food was also fantastic. We had a great time. Hoping to come back again.

Rooms are nicely done there is a very nice hill station view from the room, very peaceful, staffs are very polite and hardworking. They welcome the guest in traditional dress with a lovely welcome drinks they called it ammpan something,it was very refreshing, I had much fun in swimming pool and the beverage out there was on top.

Everything is good.Mr.nilavra and Mr. Masal is a good coordinator.Conference Hall is also good. Mr. Somnath is also a good person he always help to arrange events smoothly..........................................................

Great Fun.. Special thanks to Mr. Sanyal, Ms.Bijayeta and Mr. Rahul. Kudos to them making my trip special. We would like to thank you for making every minute in the hotel worth staying. North Indian was worth ordering but then disappointment was local and Chinese cuisine either it was not available or not upto the mark. They gave 30% discount on liquor which was worth drinking. Great view from the room. Preferred higher floors. Thank you.
