The hotel has great access to the sea and the pool, with a lot of shade during day hours. Also, air conditioning in the rooms is nice and room itself had great view and was spacious. Also the hotel was not crowded at all, probably due to COVID. Now to the issues: - service was very slow, we had to wait very long time for anything, from new towel which they forgot to give us to train station schedule we asked to share with us. We literally had to chase stuff around to get what we wanted and remind that we need room cleaned, we need fresh water etc etc. - not all of the stuff speaks good English, it was hard to communicate, and they did not try to solve this problem (like call for a colleague with better level of English), they would just smile and leave - bed linen and towels are of bad quality and have holes in it, looking at reviews here I think they did not change it since 2019 - food in restaurant was okay, but the service was very slow, one time I kept asking to bring me menu for like 40 minutes to order more food for my friend, and in the end got a reply “oh, the kitchen is already closed”. A manager quickly stepped in and resolved the situation, though. - WiFi was terrible. - rooms were cleaned poorly and sometimes after multiple reminders In general, I think it is overpriced despite great location, I really wish this place to improve stuff attitude, linen quality and internet.
