Good - location and view from the room. Bad - guest experience and hospitality was very bad. There was no heating arrangement in the room and the outside temperature was 10 degrees. You don’t expect that from a 5 star property. Entire night we were feeling cold. Breakfast buffet was ok. Service of the staff was horrible. We reached at 10. 45 am and were told to speed up as the buffet closed at 11 am. When we asked for coffee the waiter showed his watch and told its 10. 55 and they cant serve us coffee. This is the worst service we have ever seen and in 5 star its unacceptable. We were travel-ling for my wife’s birthday and i had requested to do something special while making the reservation. They did nothing. Also for the dinner we had booked a table with a good view. And this time we reached 5 minutes early also. But they gave our table to someone else. The staff should be given some training in hospitality is my only recommendation. Pols look for cheaper options and dint book this hotel

Im Gabala Garden Hotel für zwei Nächte geblieben. Eigenschaften scheinen elegant. Belegen nur 5 Minuten Boltfahrt vom Hauptmarkt. Kosten rund 2-3 Manats. Zimmer sind gut. Allerdings ging der Ac für viele Zimmer am zweiten Abend aus. Zimmerservice bot keine Hilfe. Schlaf mit Balkontür voll offen. Später kam es von der Gruppe zu erfahren, dass das gleiche mit vielen Zimmern passiert war. Das Frühstück ist gut verbreitet, bietet aber wenig für indische Touristen. Neben diesen beiden war die Gesamterfahrung gut und genossen in Gabala Garden.

У нас был 2 х комнатный номер. Очень уютный, современный дизайн, чистота!! Вкусный завтрак!! Большое спасибо хозяину отеля и персоналу за советы и наше приятное проживание!!!

We weren’t sure what to expect with this hotel but we were so pleasantly surprised. It’s set in a leisure complex on the edge of the Noor lake and there are many activities available, it’s a beautiful spot. We spent 2 nights there. Our room was in the gardens and was enormous more like a suite with bedroom, lounge area, shower room and a separate toilet. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything worked well including the wifi and there were lovely toiletries and free water daily. There are 2 restaurants one right on the lake, we tried both and enjoyed the food. Can’t speak highly enough of all the staff they were so helpful, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Very glad we chose it.
