The staff here is friendly and helpful, especially the staff 77. I stay for 3 nights with separate booking due to the change of flight, the two rooms are different room types, but the staff help to organize into the same room type so I do not need to change room between nights, also the location is great, which is close to the tourist attraction area.

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils.
So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

Clean and big room, no 3rd hand cigarette smokes, good selection of breakfast and most importantly a coffee making machine. I really love the LG washer and dryer. Overall a happy stay for me.

I had a wonderful experience at the Atour hotel, the room is clean and very comfortable. In addition, all the staff are accommodating and friendly, they will patiently respond and assist if you needs any assistance.
Checkout was also quick and easy thanks to 颜儿. Will definitely stay there when I come back!

Both front desk staff and breakfast restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.
I do not know how the call taxi by wechat, they call for me.
My 3 nights stay was not with breakfast.
They dropped in for me.

First time staying in this hotel. The service was top-notch. Front staff was able to provide me with a good breakfast rate despite not booking with the room. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

Location is great. Less than 5 mins walk from metro station, within walking distance to sanfang qixiang. My 2nd stay in Atour in China, as good as usual. Will be better if room can be more soundproof but it didn't affect my sleep.
