GGastnutzerExcellent service. Great location within SanfangQiXiang if you wish to explore this place since we can’t even finish visiting all the different cultural centres and the shopping in the bustling streets within the huge area in our 3 days 2 nights stay.
Breakfast is vegetarian but variety is huge and good. Staff has been so friendly and helpful. They gave us tips about exploring useful apps in China especially for overseas tourists like us. They even helped us book our massage, send detailed instructions to help us navigate and helped me with rejecting my purchases when the delivery came later than I had expected.
The whole ambience around the hotel and the room access to the beautifully designed gardens gave us a lasting impression. The warmth of the staff team lingers on and set the standard so high that we inevitably compared with the next hotel we went and can’t help to keep thinking about how much better the staff here has been! Regardless who are on duty, all have been so helpful!
Rooms are extremely clean and smells good! Everything looks pretty new and the bed is very comfortable. The pictures provided by the hotel are as good as what we saw and experience!

Wir genossen die Frühstücksauswahl sehr. Essen ist schmackhaft, nicht zu salzig oder Öl für Ausländer. Ein Muss versuchen ist die grüne . Super raffiniert. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert dieses Hotel.

CchristinaZuallererst möchte ich Xiaoyu, die Hotelbutlerin, loben. Sie war unglaublich zuvorkommend und bot einen außergewöhnlichen Service – ganz anders als viele andere Hotelbutler, die eher wie Dekoration wirken. Da mein Mann und ich beide hitzeempfindlich sind, fragte ich zunächst nur, ob die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet werden könnte. Doch sie organisierte proaktiv ein Upgrade auf ein größeres, kühleres Zimmer und ließ sogar eine Reinigungskraft einen Luftkühler bringen. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Rücksichtnahme auf unsere Gäste hat mich überzeugt, dass das Hilton Fuzhou meine erste Wahl für zukünftige Aufenthalte sein wird.
Das Zimmer war hell und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, und das Zimmer war komfortabel und hygienisch.
Das Hotelfrühstück bot eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls großartig, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, sodass man die Umgebung bequem erkunden kann. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Meine Erfahrung im Lanou Hotel war wirklich erstaunlich 🤩. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, waren die Frontbüros sehr freundlich, willkommen und hilfsbereit, was mich zu Hause fühlte. Das Zimmer war geräumig, spotless und sehr komfortabel, mit einem frischen und angenehmen Szene, der zur allgemeinen Entspannungsatmosphäre hinzugefügt wurde. Das Bett war sauber, gemütlich und bietet eine tolle Nachtslaffahrt. Ich genossen auch das Frühstück, das frisch, verschieden und absolut lecker war. Ein weiteres großes Komfort ist, dass das Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens und der nahe gelegenen Universitäten liegt, so dass es eine ideale Wahl für Reisende. Außerdem bieten sie sogar einen kostenlosen Flughafen-Drop-off-Service an, der den Aufenthalt noch bequemer macht. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv an jeden Besucher der Gegend empfehlen!

GGastnutzerI would have given this hotel 5 stars but unfortunately the front desk staff is not very welcoming to “foreigners” as they call people who are not Chinese. The room and amenities are excellent but the front desk staff should be trained to greet everyone alike and not be afraid to communicate with “foreigners” via a translator. That’s what I have been doing since I don’t speak any Chinese. One staff member ran away when I handed my Canadian passport to him and told him I couldn’t speak Chinese. He panicked and literally gave my passport to his colleague to handle my check-in. Then he ran to help the lady behind me. I find this unprofessional. Then his colleague got annoyed that I couldn’t understand her writing of my room number when I asked her what it was. She wrote a ‘P’ instead of a 9. Thankfully, a very nice guest had to help me clarify the room and floor number. I had a completely different experience at the Atour hotel In Xiamen the previous two days. The staff there didn’t speak English but they were friendly and welcoming, and we communicated just fine with the translators. I have been travelling throughout China for three weeks, and this is the first hotel where the front desk lacks a sense of guest-service. Although I loved my room and the cleanliness, I will not be staying here again. A hotel this close to the airport should train their staff to do their best to welcome everyone: nationals and “foreigners” alike.

I arrived date after 10pm and the friendly reception staff directed me to Daming food street nearby. They also gave me a free breakfast as I had checked in very late. Clean and new, highly recommended !

LLuoluoAusgezeichnet! Ein etabliertes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in hervorragender Lage, sehr sauber und mit einem tollen Ambiente. Das Frühstück ist besser als im InterContinental, obwohl der Pool etwas klein ist. Der Service war erstklassig; wir bekamen kostenlos Obst und eine Suppe mit weißen Pilzen. Besonders Wade Fu hat uns geholfen, ein Zimmer in der Nähe zu finden, das Frühstück zu buchen und uns den Weg zu zeigen. Er war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank! 🙏 Ein großes Lob! 👍

GGastnutzerThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

GGastnutzerThis is absolutely an outstanding hotel in China, the best one out of 6 the past few weeks for me. The staff are very professional, extremely helpful and polite and caring. As an example, they helped me get to a village by the beach on Pingtan Island and then checked on me in the evening to make sure i got back safely! What hotel does that??!! There is a fresh seafood restaurant next to the hotel and all the sea produce are absolutely fresh & in huge aquariums, no fishy smell and very clean. Starbuck is on the other side of the lobby. Amazing hotel, worth every penny!
