The environment of M Gallery is very exclusive and peaceful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The best thing is it has a perfect view of Changbai Mountain! The outdoor hot springs is very special. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and eager to accommodate our needs, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the manager, 高扬 for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to changbaishan.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It looks pretty new. The rooms are big and clean. The outdoor jaccuzzi and swimming pool give a beautiful view on the
surrounding forest and mountains. The autumn colors were amazing.
We got very well attended. Special thanks to 徐小棠 Tina Xu who attended us at the Swissôtel Italian restaurant on the first night and then at both breakfasts.

房間設施齊全完善。各項衞生也做得很好。酒店的早餐中規中矩。也有很多權益，酒店園內有接駁車。前台客服李先生很好，主動為住客介紹各種權益與酒店的配套設施，給李先生點個贊。當初選擇住這個酒店完全為了泡池拍照，但一樓的泡池男士更衣室儲物櫃只有4個，然後在那裡排隊了接近一小時。泡池的樓梯不應該用不銹鋼，下着雪，我去握樓梯把手起來，就感覺要把手粘住一樣，為什麼不換成木的或者其他材料。總體來説，值得一來。

温泉泡池不錯，可以看到遠處的長白山，房間給我安排的2樓很不滿意，1樓的房間會更好，但是服務人員忽悠我説除了行政樓層，其他房間都有遮擋，帶着長者小孩，我也不想和這種服務意識的人計較。去周邊商業街需要擺渡車去 15分鐘一趟，晚上出去吃飯回來不太方便。
連住享·房型升級（視房量房態）:沒升級。

本次入住很滿意 安靜風景美 尤其是泡酒店户外温泉的時候 看着遠處的長白山讓人全身心放鬆下來 小孩隨處都能玩雪 也可以做接駁車到度假區商業街玩 有ep活動中心和星奇寶貝適合小孩玩 晚上也有篝火和打鐵花

帶娃來滑雪，看評論特別選了這家，説實話有點失望，到店門口沒有人接拿行李，酒店大堂很小，不能稱做大堂，辦理check in 就是一張桌子，坐着一個工作人員，像民宿一樣，如果出行都是5星，會覺得失望。
房間和交通：房間大小還行，暖氣太足，太熱了，關了暖氣都熱，説的是每一間房都可以遠眺長白山，這是酒店最大賣點，我們房間在5樓，和大堂是一層，窗外被屋頂擋了一部分，長白山倒也看的清楚，美的，就是不是完全無遮擋。如果不看中這點，親子出行的話，建議選山下酒店，帶孩子出門就可以滑雪娛雪，住美憬閣出行都需要做擺渡車，大概5-6分鐘車程到度假區，不含等候車時間。
餐飲：餐廳也小，吃的東西也不多
服務：以為服務會很好，東北之行第一站就是這個酒店，住宿2晚。沒有人提前打電話，提前加微信，到店後加的，且服務一般，問什麼答什麼，冷冰冰。和微信名北冰洋一樣😮💨退房當天因孩子滑雪課要到12點半，於是微信諮詢能否延遲2點退房，一口回絕，説房滿了，不能延退。我説好的，就是第一次碰到這麼乾脆拒絕不能延退的，馬上又改口問我哪間房，又給同意延退。和後面2晚北坡皇冠假日酒店服務天壤之別。但酒店的客房服務值得稱讚，打掃房間，響應都快，服務態度熱情。

酒店在度假區最高處，視野非常好，入住前就給確認升級了房間，行政房躺在床上就能看到長白山，房間服務很及時到位，李耀凱 谷雲飛 苗會雲 胡宇鑫 幾位工作人員服務熱情，有求必應，任何問題都能得到滿意的答覆，下次來長白山還會選擇美憬閣

特別漂亮的酒店，趕上了大晴天，真的能一眼看到長白山，視野特別好。
酒店位於華美勝地度假區（之前叫魯能度假區），度假區很大，內有很多豐富的活動，有點類似阿那亞的感覺。聽司機説美憬閣是魯能最好的酒店。入住期間確實很享受。大床很舒服，房間空間特別大，衞生間乾濕分離，浴缸還贈送了泡澡球和泡澡袋。迷你吧飲料和提供的茶水都很周到。早餐中西式都有，特別豐富，驚喜的是還有班尼迪克蛋。
泡池由於時間安排沒有去體驗，有點遺憾。但是去了贈送的地中海温泉，雖然池子沒全開，但是玩的也很舒服了。
下面是一些建議：
1. 在其他商家那裡租了雪服，當天我們需要用，雪服送到的時候酒店不讓提前寄存。租雪服的小哥説之前都讓，不知道現在為什麼不讓了。個人覺得酒店可以在核實確實是住客租的之後代為保管，這樣對住客來講也更方便。
2. 設施：首先設施整體來説很齊全，但是在寒冷的東北，作為一個高級的酒店，可以把馬桶坐墊升級成加熱的，不然有點涼了。以及衞生間鏡前沒有找到電插孔，需要用夾板和捲髮棒的姐妹真的會有點不方便。
感謝劉楊，孫連卿兩位工作人員，還有入住期間一些沒問過名字的工作人員，態度特別認真，很有耐心，也很熱情。
