The environment of M Gallery is very exclusive and peaceful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The best thing is it has a perfect view of Changbai Mountain! The outdoor hot springs is very special. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and eager to accommodate our needs, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the manager, 高扬 for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to changbaishan.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It looks pretty new. The rooms are big and clean. The outdoor jaccuzzi and swimming pool give a beautiful view on the
surrounding forest and mountains. The autumn colors were amazing.
We got very well attended. Special thanks to 徐小棠 Tina Xu who attended us at the Swissôtel Italian restaurant on the first night and then at both breakfasts.

非常非常好的酒店，淡季出行恰逢大雪，十分幸運，長白山是一個相對被低估的景點，但真的風景無敵好看。
感謝Coco管家女士的耐心熱情服務，給我們升級了風景最好的樓層和房間，並幫我們滿足了旅行中的需求，十分感謝。常年住各種酒店，很久沒遇到這麼好的工作人員了。
美憬閣酒店風景如畫，遠眺長白山，彷彿人間祕境，美好難以形容，白天夜晚各有浪漫。
入住期間的早餐也很好吃，非常滿意。酒店是《人世間》的取景地之一，大堂有介紹。酒店整體環境無可挑剔，特別乾淨衞生，度假的鬆弛感拉滿，總之是值得滿分好評的。
最後還是提一點小建議吧，每間房都有户外陽台，如果陽台上增設一個小座椅呢？會不會更加提升體驗感，個人建議，僅供酒店管理層參考。

來長白山選擇了美憬閣，周邊景色超級美，很適合度假。coco經理也提前加了微信，服務真的超讚，回覆信息也很及時，有什麼問題講解的也很耐心。很專業的服務。住了兩天，體驗感也很不錯，Ada服務態度也很好～雖然沒看到天池，有點小遺憾，但是在園區裏面的體驗還是不錯的😌

因为这个泡池2刷这酒店 景色真的太美了 本来不想来评价的 但是餐厅服务员 王连香的服务态度让我们对这酒店更有五星感觉 我们吃了4天早餐 有一天王连香休假 餐厅顿时都没了气色 最后一天她回来了 一进门就热情服务 问需要喝什么 现在服务态度怎么好的员工真的越来越少了 值得表扬，还有前台Tina幫我們搬行李，服務態度也很好，謝謝你們，明年再見👋

酒店的位置獨好，房間隔音效果優秀，早晨的陽光能夠灑滿整個房間，房間設施儘管已有年頭，但保養的還算好，酒店私湯無論賞景還是美拍都不賴。早餐品種口味中規中矩，有個蜂巢蜜是個創意，服務不錯。員工徐悦對待住客服務友善，主動熱情。

酒店位於一座小山上，雖離商業區有點距離，但勝在安靜，班車也很密集，從房間陽台不僅可以看到巍峨的長白山，外面的風景也不錯。酒店房間不多，所以早餐體驗很好，人少座位多，菜品質量還可以，酒店有室外泡池，正對長白山，很出片。酒店的房間及服務都不錯。
