While relaxing in the outdoor infinity Pool & Jacuzzi, it is a wonderful experience for guests to enjoy the scenery. The environment of M Gallery is very exclusive and peaceful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The best thing is it has a perfect view of Changbai Mountain! The outdoor hot springs is very special. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and eager to accommodate our needs, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the manager, 高扬 for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to changbaishan.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It looks pretty new. The rooms are big and clean. The outdoor jaccuzzi and swimming pool give a beautiful view on the
surrounding forest and mountains. The autumn colors were amazing.
We got very well attended. Special thanks to 徐小棠 Tina Xu who attended us at the Swissôtel Italian restaurant on the first night and then at both breakfasts.

度假型酒店，酒店位置好，窗外風景也好，酒店內無邊泡池更是無敵，小朋友玩的很開心，泡完換洗也很方便，度假區周邊環境也特別美。酒店雖然裝修有點陳舊，但整體挺乾淨的，酒店人員服務也很好，需求都能及時響應，尤其美女Coco經理的服務更是及時專業周到，問題回答詳細耐心，能替客人着想，把服務做到前頭，提升了這次旅遊的感受，很省心。早餐相對簡單了點 餐廳有點小去晚點就可能要等位，不過還是很推薦的一家酒店，套餐挺合適的，遊玩權益很多，小朋友沒有很趕的玩了兩天也沒有都用完。
