Großes Hotel in großer Lage. Rod und Theresa in den Gästen waren wirklich nett und hilfreich. Sie waren super freundlich bei der Eincheckung, und als ich für alles angerufen habe. Ich brauchte Seife und es war in etwa 5 Minuten auf und in meinem Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet für 20$/Person hat eine gute Menge von Dingen zu wählen, und die Wächter sind auch wunderbar. Zimmer war sauber und groß. Wir hatten viele Handtücher und Seife und so. 12 Minuten zu Fuß zur Batterie und es gab Kreuzung Wächter, um zu helfen, die Cobb Parkway zu überqueren, um alle sicher zu halten, was sehr atemberaubend war, da es eine sehr besetzte Straße. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Hotel is in great condition and is very well run with excellent customer service. Lamin, the gentleman who helped us with our bags to the room, is helpful, personable and a great ambassador for the company. The front desk associate greeted us warmly and recognized our Bonvoy status and we received access to the concierge lounge. The lounge had a terrific buffet breakfast and the male and female staff persons there were very personable and service-oriented. Our hotel room was spotless and everything was in good working order. Bed and furnishings were very comfortable, water pressure was good and there was plenty of lighting in the room. Hotel is in a nice area. It is a little confusing finding the entrance when driving so look out for the directional signs as you approach the mall area. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the dinner menu in the hotel restaurant to include more options.

Wir nahmen unser 9-jähriges zu seinen ersten beiden Braves-Spiele und blieb in diesem Hotel für 4 Tage. Wir hatten noch nie hier geblieben, aber ein verwandter empfahl das Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräuchert schön. Ich prüfe immer die Blätter und Kissen. Das einzige negative war die weiße dünne Deckel sah schön auf dem Oberteil, aber war in Gemäldeschmuck oder irgendeine Art Marker auf der Unterseite bedeckt. Wir haben es gerade entfernen und sie auf die Seite gesetzt. Das Personal war meist unglaublich schön und sehr hilfreich. Crystal und Marianna am Frontdesk waren absolut wunderbar! Warm lächeln und sehr hilfreich mit allen Fragen. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag großartig! Die Frau, die serviert hatte, war alle lächeln und alles gut gelagert. Unser Hausmeister war super freundlich und hat unsere Handtücher und Waschbecken gehandelt, sowie unser Toilettengewebe und Zimmerkaffe ausgefüllt. Der einzige große negative für unsere Reise war der Nacht-Angestellte Josh. Er hatte eine schreckliche Einstellung und war unachtsam und unhöflich. Nicht nur uns. Wir beobachteten seine schlechte Einstellung auf unsere zweite Nacht und erlebten sie uns selbst auf unsere letzte Nacht. Aus Respekt für meinen Sohn wartete ich, bis er bequem in unserem Zimmer zurück war, bevor ich zur Lobby zurückkehrte, um Joshs Namen zu erhalten. Wir waren sehr nett und freundlich, als wir ursprünglich in die Lobby gingen und sogar Josh einige Fragen zu seinem Tag gestellt. Er ignorierte uns völlig, und wir standen direkt vor ihm am Rechner, um für ein paar Getränke zu bezahlen. Als er unsere Veränderung zurückkehrte, legte er sie hinter der Kunststoffbarriere und dann ignorierte uns. Wir konnten es nicht halten und fragten, ob er es vorwärts treiben könnte. Er hat uns weiter ignoriert, als ob wir nicht da waren. Bedenken Sie, wir standen buchstäblich vor dem Countdown von ihm bei der Check-in-Desk. Meine Frau ließ sich auf die Kunststoffbarriere drücken, bis sie das Register berührte, so dass sie die Dollars ausschütten konnte. Er hat uns immer ignoriert, auch wenn wir ihn gebeten hatten, das Geld unter der Kunststoff-Schütteln zu lassen. In einem Streit um einen Konflikt vor meinem Sohn zu vermeiden, sagten wir einfach: „Gut, ich denke, ich habe eine gute Nacht.“ Er hat noch nicht reagiert... Als ich wieder in die Lobby kam, war seine Entschuldigung: „.. Ich musste diese Baseball-Menschen die ganze Woche behandeln. ” Ich habe ein Braves-Shirt gekleidet.... Es gab mehr mit Josh, aber ich habe meinen Punkt gemacht. Also, um es zu verpacken, Josh ist ein schrecklicher Front-Repräsentant für dieses Hotel und muss dorthin verlegt werden, wo er keinen Gastkontakt hat. Die übrigen Mitarbeiter und Management sind großartig!

Das Hotel ist in der Regel sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Was ich nicht mag, ist $20 pro Tag für Parkplätze zu zahlen und zu zahlen $4.95 pro Tag für Wi-Fi.

Entspannend und angenehm Aufenthalt. Der Direktor von Operationen Kelly und sein Personal Tami, Ellis und Blair nehmen wirklich stolz auf ihre Jobs und bieten hervorragende Kundenservice. Es gab zwei andere, einen hohen Mann, der mit dem Valet geholfen hat, aber ich sah ihn auch, der Hauspflege, und auch einen weiblichen Valetfahrer, die sehr freundlich waren. Sie gehen oben und darüber. Ich verließ versehentlich einen Artikel hinter sich nach dem Auschecken. Das Hotel rief mich an und hält meine Sachen sicher, bis ich sie zurückgeholt hätte.

Ein von John Portman entworfenes Hotel, in dem Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts berühmte Architektur erleben können. Günstig, das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und der Preis ist hoch. Der Transport ist bequem und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten oder selbst fahren, ist das Parken im Hotel für 55 Dollar nicht rentabel, aber es gibt viele andere Parkplätze in der Nähe und es finden auch Straßenfeste statt, sodass Sie beruhigt in der Nähe parken können. Der Zimmerservice des Hotels ist durchschnittlich. Die Inder, die ans Telefon gingen, waren sehr gleichgültig. Darüber hinaus kam es in der Zwischenzeit zu einigen kleineren Zwischenfällen, und die geplante Zeit kann überhaupt nicht geändert werden. Allerdings ist die Serviceeinstellung von Ctrip sehr gut und das Auflösungsergebnis recht zufriedenstellend.

Used this hotel as a base to explore Atlanta and locations further out in North Georgia. I was travelling alone so tended to spend a lot of time in the room of an evening. I would say it was a fairly average experience and things were fine but I had expected a little more from the Sheraton brand. Photographs of communal areas like bars, restaurants and pool look far better online than they do in real life. Simply put, the hotel looks a lot nicer in pictures. My room had a slightly stale smell but the biggest issue I had with the aircon/heater. I couldn't change the temperature because it was broken and it couldn't seem to be fixed. Sadly that meant it was never quite right, either too cold or too hot and I had an engineer visit the room two or three times. One night, the mental cover panel hadn't been reattached properly and fell off in the night - unsurprisingly giving me an almighty scare! I don't remember being offered a new room (I *could* be wrong about that) and I don't particularly remember the desk staff being keen to help and get the issues sorted. In fact, they didn't seem delighted whenever anyone went to speak to them. Almost like the front desk was just part of their day job and they were juggling several other things - so probably not their fault. That did change in the evening when they seemed to have friends visiting in the lobby - music playing from phones and loud conversations. This didn't massively bother me, but I could see it being intimidating for someone looking to visit the front desk. Location was close enough to the tourist district (Centenntial Park, World of Coca-Cola etc) to walk but the area around the hotel feels a little run down. I'm never one complain about situations that can't be helped, but I think this hotel may be local to a homeless shelter and that meant quite a few people pitching very near the hotel. I don't think there was one occasion coming to and from the hotel on foot when I wasn't approached for money/food etc. One of these times was slightly nervy as the man became quite insistent and aggressive when I said I couldn't help. Generally, and this may be just me not feeling confident and knowing the area, I don't always feel ”safe” walking back to the hotel after dark. That may just be me! Lots of food options nearby though, so well located for that. Had a rental car and the parking facilities are good. All in all, it was fine but I've stayed at far nicer Sharatons and the pictures available perhaps offer a higher impression than the reality. With a little more effort and sharpening up service, customers would feel much more welcome. The aircon and heater issue was a frustration and I didn't really feel like it was taken very seriously. I personally wouldn't stay again as I like to spend time at my hotel but it was certainly a cheaper option than other hotels in the area, so it would be good for someone using it purely as a base looking for value for money.

Our stay was very comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service was ok, as some of the staff were not very welcoming. Those standing at the door (the first face visitors see) stand in a staunch, serious manner, and do not even offer a greeting, smile, nod, nothing. You are not even acknowledged. I guess it depends on who you are. The front desk workers were always pleasant and attended to questions/ requests with a smile. My family and I enjoyed the food at the Nest restaurant, as we ate there several times during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed Signia by Hilton. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was being made to feel that we were not welcomed.

Short stay but very comfortable. Check in was fast and easy. Great customer service even though we checked in at night. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast the next morning. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area. Indoor pool but didn’t get to use it. Next time !

I didn’t read the reviews as I ended up in Atlanta unexpectedly after good old Southwest cancelled my Austin flight & Atlanta was my only option to get back home. I’m glad I didn’t anyway because I probably wouldn’t have booked it but I have nothing but good things to say about my 1 night stay. The neighbourhood probably isn’t the best but I wasn’t here to sightsee The shuttle came quickly & the journey from the airport took less than 10 mins The hotel was bright and clean & the lady on reception was very friendly & welcoming. She acknowledged my IHG platinum status & I was checked in very quickly I had room 616. It was spotlessly clean, modern & comfortable with all the hoped for amenities. Fridge, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, iron etc. It was also quiet & the air conditioning unit was good as I like a cold room. Clean bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast this morning was also excellent. Bacon, eggs, muffins, pancake machines, juices. They also have free coffee & tea available all day. Didn’t use pool as it’s chilly but it looked clean The lady at reception this morning let me keep my room a few hours longer & was also really lovely. Everyone I encountered smoked & said good morning. As a lone British female stranded in Atlanta I felt safe, comfortable & welcome & I would happily stay again should the need arise Ps I didn’t see any homeless people sleeping in the lobby?!
