Dieser Ort ist ein verstecktes Schmuck. Es wurde kürzlich aktualisiert und dekoriert. Preis ist erstaunlich und das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ohne sich stören zu müssen. Lage ist phänomenal für das Einreisen nach Midtown, Atlantic St, Downtown, W Midtown, Ansley-Bereich und S Buckhead. Ich habe in den letzten 6 Monaten mehrmals verblieben und werde bald wiederkommen.

I also had a great experience with her team mates Angie and Sean. I had invited a few high profile guest list to share my day and they were all treated like queens as well. Es war eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, in Kimpton the Shane zu bleiben. Die Home-Reservierung wurde täglich gemacht. Nice Toiletten wurden bereitgestellt, ersetzt wie gefordert/erfordert. Wir waren da, um die Stadt zu besuchen, aber es könnte auch ein schöner Ort für den Aufenthalt sein, da sie eine Menge Zimmerservice mit einer Bar und Restaurant beigefügt haben!

Große Lage ist das beste Merkmal dieses Hotels. Suiten sind geräumig mit vollen Küchen, aber die Eigenschaft zeigt ihr Alter. Möbel, Badezimmer, Hallenpfanne und Gemälde brauchen alle Erfrischung; sogar die Außenseite sieht müde aus. Die 2-bedroom Suite, die wir reserviert haben, war nicht verfügbar, als wir ankamen, und wir wurden in zwei 1-bedroom Zimmer (ein kostenlos); dies wurde am nächsten Morgen schnell repariert. Eine unserer Dusche war nur warm, nicht warm, aber die andere funktionierte gut. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben, aber ich wünsche mir, dass es nicht so viele enttäuschende kleine Dinge gab.

I’ve stayed at Marriott chains all over the country & this location has the worst customer service & staff by FAR. First of all the security for the hotel attempted to hit on me during our first interaction but I kindly turned him down bc I am married. Very unprofessional when you’re at work! Secondly upon checking in the room, there were stains on the curtains, couch and a cigarette burn hole on the bar stool. No seats for the balcony or any privacy on the balcony. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner & the sheets on the bed were not the correct size, there was a mattress cover but no fitted sheet. We didn’t even complain! The real issue came when we were woken up at 8:30am by security BANGING on the door like the Swat team. He literally woke me and my daughter up and was at the door telling my husband that we were smoking and that he could smell it and that we needed to leave the property and would be charged a $500 fine! I immediately told him that we were not smoking and that we smell smoke too and my husband had an incense burning to block the smoke smell from getting to my daughter. We are not tattle tells so we did not care to call downstairs to make it an issue, it was easier to light the incense. We literally travel with these incense bc sometimes there are pet or smoke smells at some of these hotels. The security guard seemed to not care about what I was telling him so I told him not to come back to my room without a manager. He came back twice WITHOUT the manager, said the manager was unavailable and brought a luggage cart telling us we needed to leave or he was going to call the police! I told him to call them bc I was not leaving without a refund. He kept lying to his manager on the phone saying that we were refusing to leave but not telling him what I was saying which was COME BACK WITH YOUR MANAGER. The security guy was extremely rude & aggressive and needs to be FIRED. The manager FINALLY came up to the room 20 min later smh and when he did I offered him to come inside and smell or take a look bc we had nothing to hide. He said he could smell smoke but not tell what it was and I informed him we had an incense burning. He asked us to put it out and said that we couldn’t burn incense or light candles at this hotel. That was my first time hearing a no incense or candle burning policy from Marriott. He told us we were fine and to enjoy the rest of our stay without even addressing the rude behavior from security. I told him we would be checking out immediately and calling Marriott customer service for a full refund for being woken up and harassed. I called customer service as I was checking out to file a complaint and ask for assistance with getting a refund. Well here it is a week later and the hotel STILL hasn’t given me a refund or returned my deposit! Customer service team said the manager said he would not be returning my funds so I’ve escalated it to

GGuest UserAm Freitag, dem 17. Februar, kam ich am Aloft Marriott Bonvoy Hotel und wurde von Generalmanager Chris Spears begrüßt. Schöne, europäische Lobby mit hellen Farben und offenen Räumen. Angel, Vorderbüro-Verwalter, hat mich in Zimmer 218 bestellt. Carlos, Hausbetreuer/Wartungsarbeiter, ladte meine Taschen auf einen Wagen. Ich gab Carlos $10 ($10). Wir gingen zum Aufzug. Carlos hatte meinen Zimmerschlüssel. Ich gab ihm meinen Autoschlüssel und bat ihn, mein Auto zu parken. Es gab eine schlechte Ordnung im Zimmer, das ich von Carlos dachte. Carlos brachte meine Autoschlüssel zurück. Ich sprühte das Zimmer mit meinem Lysol. Der Geruch war im Badezimmer nicht bemerkbar. Ich ging nach unten zur Bar. Zurück ins Zimmer. Ich wurde unkleidet und ging ins Bett. Der Geruch war im Bett. Ich schlief und weckte gewaltsam um 3 Uhr. Juliana, 19-year alter Nachtrechner, kam überein, mich in Zimmer 216 zu wechseln. Allerdings war sie die einzige Person, die arbeitete und konnte nicht das Frontdesk verlassen. Ich musste im geurtem Zimmer bleiben, bis Dominique um 7:30 Uhr gekommen ist, mich zu bewegen. Als Dominique in Zimmer 218 kam, sagte sie: ”Ich SMELL IT!” Dominique lief mich aus Zimmer 218 in mein neues Zimmer 216. Dominique half mir in mein Auto, so dass ich zum Wellstar North Fulton Emergency Department fahren konnte, wo ich positive Tests für COVID-19 durchgeführt habe. Heute ist Tag 10 der Infektion mit COVID-19 im Aloft Marriott Bonvoy Hotel in Alpharetta GA. Mein Fall # ist 429 646 235. Marriott Corporate hat mein Fall auf Risikomanagement und die Juristischen Dienste ausgeweitet. Chris Spears, General Manager am Aloft in Alpharetta ist 28 Jahre alt, nur 5 Jahre mit der Marriott Corporation. Er ist nicht geschult, das Aloft Hotel zu führen. Der Bartender ist auch 28 Jahre alt. Es scheint, dass Chris Spears seine unerfahrenen Freunde angestellt hat, um Personalhaus, Bar und sein Freund JP am Frontdesk. Ich erwarte Reparaturen für das, was die Inkompetenz von Chris Spears mir bei dem Aloft Marriott Bonvoy Hotel, 7895 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta GA.

GGuest UserIch blieb hier eine Nacht nach Versäumnis einer Flugverbindung und wurde hier von Delta Air Lines reserviert. Der Shuttle war rechtzeitig sogar angesichts der Anzahl der zusätzlichen Personen, die mit abgesagten Flügen zu beherbergen hatten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mein Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Haare und Körperprodukte (von der Zero%-Sammlung) haben einen schönen Duft. Das Zimmer verfügt über mehrere Einrichtungen, wenn notwendig, darunter eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Mini-Kühlschrank. Und es gibt eine heiße Wasser- und Kaffeestation im Lobby. Ich hatte nicht Zeit, den Fitnessraum zu nutzen, aber es ist mit kalten Wasserflaschen gelagert, viele kostenlose Gewichte und hat sogar einen Peloton. Es ist gepflegt Parkplatz, wenn Sie ein Auto haben. Ich freue mich darauf, nochmal dort zu bleiben.

GGuest UserIch bin mir nicht sicher, warum dieses Hotel über Subpar Bewertungen am besten verfügt, weil ich von Anfang bis Ende eine positive Erfahrung hatte. Er fliegt durch Atlanta auf einem Verbindungsweg mit Delta und vermisste meinen zweiten Flug aufgrund der ersten Verspätung. Da es der letzte Flug des Tages Delta bietet Unterkunft für den Abend. Es waren ziemlich wenige Orte, von denen ich hätte wählen können, aber ich wähle das Holiday Inn, da ich weiß, sie bieten kostenfrei Frühstück am Morgen. Ich bin ins Hotel gekommen, da ich dachte, es wäre einfacher als das Hotelshuttle zu finden. Als ich ankam, wurde ich sofort gegrüßt. Ich bot meinen Delta-Gutschein an und es gab kein Problem. Ich kam schnell zum zweiten Stock in mein Zimmer. Es war spät, so ging ich schnell zum Bett. Das Bett war extrem komfortabel und ich schlief gut. Am nächsten Tag konnte ich nicht wieder nach meinem Ziel zurück, bis fast um 5 Uhr. Ich fragte das Hotel, ob ich zu spät auschecken konnte und sie verpflichteten sich, einen 1:00 Uhr Checkout anzubieten, der begrüßt wurde. Ich musste arbeiten, so dass ich das aus dem Komfort eines Hotelzimmers statt des besetzten Flughafens tun konnte. Als es Zeit war, zum Flughafen zu gehen, nahm ich den Shuttle. Es war ein schnelles und einfaches Fahren. Ich glaube, sie bedienen mit einem anderen lokalen Hotel. Obwohl ich hoffe, nicht wieder am Atlanta Flughafen festzuhalten, würde ich in diesem Ort wieder in einem Herzschlag bleiben. Danke, dass Sie meine unerwartete Verzögerung in Atlanta ein wenig angenehmer gemacht haben.

GGuest UserDieses Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Das Front-Desk-Personal ist meh. Nicht sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist schüchtern, Sauce sitzen in einem Pan vol von Fett, ich weiß, Sauce ist fett, aber ich habe es nie gesehen, serviert in einem Pan vol von Fett. Also nicht appetitvoll überhaupt. Am ersten Tag waren die französischen Toaststicks zusammen gepflückt und halb gekocht. Obstkuchen nie wieder gefüllt. $15 für das ist verrückt!! Ich werde sagen, die Frühstücksteilnehmer sind süß und hilfreich. Die Parkplätze sind lächerlich, ich muss $45 pro Tag für einen Betreuer, um meinen Wagen 50 Fuß entfernt zu parken. Das ist nur von den Menschen zu profitieren. Ich sollte in der Lage sein, mein eigenes Auto zu parken, anstatt aus meinem Auto zu fahren, um alles zu fangen, Shoppingtaschen, etc. Hallways sind sehr laut über die ganze Nacht. Ghetto Gäste erlaubten es, die schlimmsten Säuberungswörter zu sagen und auf jeden Fall zu sprechen, wie sie vor anderen Gästen und Kindern laut zu sprechen. Ich musste endlich etwas zu diesem Mädchen sagen. Das ist ein familienfreundliches Hotel, da das Aquarium, das Coke Museum, der Centennial Park alle in der Nähe von Fußgängern gelegen sind. Das Hotelpersonal sollte nicht so verrückt sein, dass es passiert oder weiter geht. Glück, wenn Sie Handtücher, eine zusätzliche Schranke oder was auch immer, Haushalter macht nichts sauber oder füllen, und das war am dritten Tag. Sie müssen anrufen und fragen, aber das Telefon funktioniert nicht im Zimmer und ich musste mein Handy anrufen, um das Frontdesk. Ich musste es selbst holen und der Kerl konnte nicht in den Linenschrank kommen, weil jemand die Tür geschlossen hat und sie hatten keinen Schlüssel. Er musste in ein offenes Zimmer gehen und es von dort, SMH. Ich habe über 200 Dollar pro Nacht hier bleiben und ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich werde nicht zurück sein. Ich werde an der überpreisten, veralteten Westin stattdessen arbeiten und für einen Uber zahlen, um mich und meine Familie zu fahren, wo wir hingehen müssen.

GGuest UserIch habe in vielen IHG Hotels, einschließlich Holiday Inn, geblieben. Ich habe in neuen, alten und renovierten Immobilien geblieben und habe positive Erfahrungen. Ich bin bei Hotels Northlake, wenn ich Familie besuche. Ich wähle dieses Hotel, weil ich die Marke kenne und es den niedrigsten Preis von etwa $20 angeboten hat. Ich fühlte mich, als habe ich eine Menge gefunden. Von außen ist das Hotel ein Standard-, angenehmes Hotel, obwohl die Palmen vorne waren etwas verdächtig für Atlanta. Lobby sieht gut aus. Aber nach der Eincheckung kam es schlimmer. Man konnte den Hintereingang zum Gebäude nicht benutzen, so muss man zum Seiten- oder Vordereingang gehen. Der Aufzug sieht schlecht gepflegt aus; die Straßen waren dunkel mit harter fluorescender Beleuchtung und hatten diesen wirklich starken ”alten Gebäude” Geruch. Es gab auch den Geruch von Pot (und ich habe kein Problem damit, aber ich tue es, wenn ich in einem Hotel bin). Was das Zimmer betrifft, so hatte es den alten Geruch, der Hutch für die Anhänge kleidte gut getragen und geschraubt. Die Sofa war gut getragen. Der Fernseher hatte keine Batterieumschlag. Es gab Haare im Tauch. Am Morgen war das Wasser nicht aus dem Bad abgetrennt, während es duschte. Das war der letzte Strauch für mich. Ich habe zwei Tage früh auscheckt. Ich verstehe, dass diese sehr negativ sind, aber lassen Sie mich einige Dinge betonen. Erstens war das Bett neu und sehr komfortabel. Zweitens waren die Mitarbeiter, vom Empfangspersonal bis zur Wartungsbesatzung, * sehr nett* und *unterkunft*. Jeder Antrag wurde erfüllt, und jeder war wirklich stolz und glücklich, dort zu arbeiten. Ich wünsche mir, dass das Hotel physisch ebenso angenehm wie das Personal war. Und obwohl das Hotel renoviert wurde, muss mehr getan werden. Zurzeit sollte dieses Hotel nicht unter der Flagge eines Holiday Inn.

Sie können auch im Paradies sitzen und das Starten und Landen des Flugzeugs genießen. Die Umgebung ist gut, aber die Rechnungen sind immer unklar und immer überteuert. Es gibt ein vietnamesisches Restaurant, das 3 Minuten lang herumfährt, und der Preis ist gut und erschwinglich. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Einrichtungen sind im Grunde vollständig. An zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Nächten klopften die Leute jedoch unerklärlicherweise an die Tür. Es ist nicht klar, wer es ist, und es ist unmöglich, die Tür zu öffnen.

GGuest UserSchön genug bin ich noch hier im Hotel, aber ich muss sagen, verdammt! Die Hallenboden sind schmutzig, das Zimmer hat zufällige Haare, die nicht unsere im Badezimmer und im Badezimmer Stock sind. Das Fenster hat Handprints überall und die Außenflächen sind in schlechter Form. Der Hof sieht aus wie der Ort, an dem der Mörder lebt. Sie brauchen Sicherheit, weil es nachts und sogar während des Tages ungeschmackliche Charaktere zu roamen. Auch gibt es keinen Zugang zu Trinkwasser, Keine Quelle oder gefilterte Versorger. Die verkaufsautomat, die arbeitet, hat Wasser und es ist 2.50 eine Flasche. Der Saft- und Wassermaschine ist nur während des Frühstücks verfügbar, dann sind Sie allein. Ich habe die gleichen Müllstücke auf unserem Straßenbahnboden durchgemacht und so viel wie ich es aufnehmen wollte, auf GP kann ich nicht, weil ich nur warte, ob es noch da sein wird, wenn ich morgen verlasse. Alles ist aus der Reihenfolge, verkauft Maschinen, Aufzüge, Lobby-Wohnungen usw. Ich habe dieses Hotel wegen Parkplatz, Frühstück und Zugang zur Stadt gewählt, so dass ich das alles erwarten sollte. Lektion gelehrt, manchmal müssen Sie einfach mehr zu verbringen. Spezial schreien an Shay und Cambria auf dem Frontdesk, um sich angenehm zu sein, aber ja, das ist ein Nein für die Zukunft.
