Thundi Sea View

Unsere Zeit im Thundi Resort war wunderbar, dank Shifaz und seinem Team, die alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich waren. Das Essen war großartig, Chefkoch Mohit hat sich gut um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert und er ist ein fabelhafter Koch. Ich würde Thundi auf jeden Fall für einen friedlichen, entspannenden und lohnenden Aufenthalt in Fulidhoo empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

很垃圾的酒店，酒店門口的沙灘離排污管很近，吹來的海風是發臭的。酒店環境和設施也很一般！最可氣的是，F島回機場的快艇，其他人都是當面交給船長，我們很信任的提前將兩人80美金船費交給他，前一天告訴我們説6點半在酒店大廳集合，在沒有提前通知我們到退房時間的情況下，當天早上突然告知6點15船已經到了，讓我們立刻去碼頭，我們匆忙的6點40到了碼頭，眼看着船已經開走。最可氣的是不退我們80美金！！希望大家這家定酒店前一定三思。糟糕的客房服務！糟糕的沙灘環境！ Very rubbish hotel, the beach in front of the hotel is very close to the sewage pipe, and the sea breeze is smelly. The hotel environment and facilities are also very average! The most irritating thing is that the other people on the speedboat from F Island returned to the airport were handed over to the captain face to face, and we trusted him in advance to pay us $80 for the two of them. The day before, we were told to meet at the hotel lobby at 6:30, but without informing us of the check-out time in advance, we were suddenly told that the ship had arrived at 6:15 in the morning and asked to go to the dock immediately. We hurried to the dock at 6:40 and saw that the boat was gone. The most annoying is not to return us 80 dollars!! I hope you will think twice before booking this hotel. Terrible room service! Terrible beach conditions!

We spent five days (from 30 of December 2023 to 04. january 2024) in Thundi Sea Wiew on Fulidhoo island. The location is stunning, the room was very comfortable and the kitchen was excellent. Fazlan (the manager) and all the staff were kind, caring, and helpful. We highly recommend it. :))

We booked this guest house for 5 nights but left after one night! This accommodation is in my opinion just one notch up from a youth hostel. The room we were given stank of cigarettes. The dining area is under a lean to roof and food was cooked in an open kitchen despite there being flies everywhere. This was a disappointing experience after reading some very good reviews for this guest house so we were mystified as to what kind of accommodation some of those previous guests were used to, maybe they were just used to backpacking hostels. The island of Fulidhoo is also very strange, we expected a small idylic island but what we came to was piles of rubbish and building debris piled up on potentialy gorgeous beaches and what was worse is that we could see this garbage from Thundi guest house. I would imagine people who like the experience of Fulidhoo are very keen divers who spend very little time on the island itself as the surrounding waters are teeming with fish, turtles, stingrays etc. The locals, shops etc mostly hardly acknowledge you. For what it was Thundi guest house was, in my opinion, way too expensive and poor quality. They even charge you an extra 3% for using internationally recognised cash cards.

We are a family of 5 and had a fantastic stay here in 2 rooms at thundi guest house. We stayed for 6 nights. Loved the guest house, food and the staff were lovely. We would love to return to fulidhoo and would definitely stay here. There is a coral reef just in front of the guest house where we snorkelled and met turtles and small reef sharks and lots of tropical fish.

Fabulous stay at Thundi Sea View. Fazlan, Wenalyn and the other staff in the restaurant and kitchen were so great. The service was warm and welcoming. The day trip we went on snorkeling with dolphins, on a wreck and a coral garden was well worth the cost. I will always treasure this 4 day break. The setting was perfect and the colours unforgettable 😍

Fulidhoo Island offered a wonderful escape, and Thundi Sea House made it unforgettable. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and easy beach access. But what truly sets them apart is the exceptional service. Fazlan and Wenalyn went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even arranging a delicious birthday cake that surprised my boyfriend (and tasted amazing!). Their genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. Thank you so much!

Amazing stay on a beautiful local island. First I must mention Fazlan, he made our stay perfect from the moment he met us at the pier to the hug goodbye. I have worked for the Hilton Chicago 1500 rooms for 28 years and I can say Fazlan is at the top of his game. The food...especially when we were treated to Sri Lankan was always great and must mention the two girls working the restaurant, they were always lovely. Location and beach are amazing, never longed for an over water bungalow and walking to the pier in the evening to see the sharks or morning to see the manta rays, it was all perfect. Thanks again Fazlan Please commend the chef for so many great meals.
