Ubicación muy centrica.La habitación era moderna, estaba limpia y la cama doble era bastante grande con almohadas cómodas. El personal de recepción fue muy amable.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und neu, es hat alles, was man benötigt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Supermarkt sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in der Nähe. Alles super!

Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked. Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night. Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection. Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

Tatsache ist, dass sie viel mit uns zusammengearbeitet haben. Wenn es stimmt, dass wir zu Beginn einige unwichtige Details gefunden haben, haben sie ihnen aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten keine Flasche Cava zur Verfügung gestellt, sondern sie selbst. Das Hotel ist okay, aber ich habe ein ziemlich schmutziges Zimmer berührt. Die Böden waren voller Haare und Perücken. Als ich mich in die Dusche ging und die Füße sah, hat mich sehr gespannt, den Boden zu betreten. Und schon unter dem Bett besser nicht zu sehen ... Haare überall 😝

NH wie üblicherweise, der Preis ist praktisch, der umliegende Restaurant-Supermarkt sollte alles haben, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Langstreckenbahnhof entfernt. Das nächste Mal ist es noch hier.

Staff very kind and super cleaned hotel. A bit far from city center but close to the public transportation. Love the area, very quiet. Perfect if you are looking to chill out.
