Das Hotel war sehr sauber und ich habe es zu einem vernünftigen Preis gut genutzt. Die Lage war besser als ich erwartet hatte und die Entfernung war selbst für Reisende nicht belastend. Es war toll, dass es gleich nach meiner Ankunft einen Supermarkt auf der anderen Seite des Zebrastreifens gab aus.

Dies ist ein sehr gutes Hotel, abgesehen von der Lage.

We stayed for 6 nights. Place probably more suitable for at most 3 nights because they do not clean your room throughout the length of your stay. If you can bear not having room vacuum & mop for more than 3 nights then this is a very good place. Towels can be obtained from front desk any time which is good. Pillow is soft, not sufficient support. Harder pillow ran out. I used 2 soft pillows & 2 bath towels beneath them. Near to Hakata train, JR stations & Bus Terminal. Also walking distant from Hakata Old Town. Generally, room was clean & bright. Staff were polite & helpful.

Clean accommodation, worth the price good place

The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from Hakata Station and is located on a quieter street which is a good thing. This place is for non-fussy travelers who just need a comfortable and clean place to rest and sleep. Rooms are larger than most hotels in the similar price range with a proper bathroom and shower. Amenities are minimal and some items are charged a la carte but you can't really complain given the great price! Staff are polite and speak proficient English and there's free coffee in the lobby lounge plus a great outdoor deck. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Fukuoka.

It is only 4/5 blocks away from Hakata Station. The hotel is confortable, rooms are clean and excellent service at front desk. The do not have laundry at hotel, but at front desk they show how to get to the nearest laundry service. The do not have restaurant insider, but at front desk they show how to get to the nearest place to eat.

The location is quite good, just 10 minutes to the station. The facilities are complete and the room is quiet and clean. Nice service!

The staff were friendly enough, but not particularly helpful when I asked about information on booking taxis. They also didn't give a heads up that there won't be coffee or tea in the rooms (I don't mind going to the communal area but I wasn't told there wouldn't be any in the room beforehand).

Good price to stay there for one night. You need to pay for everything for extra services such as paying 550 yen for each luggage for 1 day before and after checked in which is free services in other hotels.
