The location of the hotel is excellent. A few minutes walk to the subway station. A safe and quite suburb. Not bad for this price.

Conviently located. Just cross the street is the JR Station. Room though not big but good enough for one person. Staff at the reception can speak good English and will certainly recommend this hotel for other visitors.

Booked 3 single bed without breakfast, over price . location and service average, 3 star standard. Will get better hotel if go back to hakata station.

Typical Japanese-sized hotel room. Lobby is fancier than the room. Friendly front desk. Not a bad choice for the Pokémon Go Wild weekend.

My first trip to fukuoka and Hakata, it’s a less crowded place compared to Tokyo and Osaka. There are a lot of hotel choices around hakata station, Nest you will need to walk abit past neko and turn into a small alley and you will see Nest on the right. There are a few exit from hakata station to the hotel, but I think the best route is still to use the main road. I stayed 4 nights in Nest, Sometimes I went back hotel late at night although it’s an alley, and the street lamps are really not bright but I don’t feel unsafe at all, just a very short alley and there usually will have people standing there smoking. Minimum amenities provided at the hotel lobby, brushes, bath towel, cotton buds etc. the buffet breakfast restaurant at the lobby, simple and tasty, not much varieties and the restaurant do not have a lot of seating space. Hakata station is a good place to stay as there are many shoppings around the station, many hotels too but for the price, Nest is a good choice. Room is really the smallest, but whatever you need is in there, I especially love the fabric spray. There is also a vending machine and washing machine at the lobby.

The hotel is just 5 mins walk from HAKATA station. The check-in staff was polite and the baggage storage service is available for pre/ex check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, but not spacious. I still had a great time staying at the NEST hotel. Would recommend to those travellers visiting Fukuoka.

Quite a convenient location from Hakata Station. Looks very new overall,room was small but clean ands nicely designed. Front desk was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Comfortable rooms: Well-equipped with Simmons beds and feather pillows, making for a pleasant stay. Guests generally consider the rooms clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet: Many guests enjoy the breakfast buffet, with a variety of Japanese and Western options. Friendly staff: Staff are reported to be helpful and efficient. Reasonable price: For its location and amenities, the Nest Hotel is competitively priced.

Stayed for 4 days in total. The breakfast was standard western buffet style with some Japanese choices, not much choices but fair. But it served the same thing everyday, so probably would be bored if you are foodie staying more than 2 days like me. Especially appreciated the little idea to have a “reserved” card prepared for all guests. Single traveller would definitely love the idea to hold their seats. Staff are nice and with good English. Room was tidy and neat. You get your toothbrush set at entrance - would be nice if toothpaste could be provided separately so that we don’t have to sacrifice the toothbrush to get a nice paste.
