Das Einchecken in der Hochsaison kostete RMB 800/Tag. Ich fand das Hotel durchschnittlich, aber das Ergebnis war völlig besser als erwartet. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel. Wenn Sie im Zimmer ankommen, erhalten Sie ein komplettes Set an Toilettenartikeln von Bvlgari, heiße Puffs und heiße Getränke, zwei Sorten Mount Fuji-Mineralwasser und exquisite Schokolade. Das Hotel verfügt über eine natürliche heiße Quelle, die Gäste kostenlos nutzen können. Das Wichtigste ist, dass man aus dem Fenster den Berg Fuji sehen kann und das Hotel über einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zwischen dem Hotel und dem Bahnhof Kawaguchiko verfügt. Für den Transport können Sie einen Bus direkt vom Bahnhof Tokio zum Hotel nehmen. Der Bahnhof heißt Fuji Q Highland. Die Tickets werden im Voraus online gekauft und haben Sitzplatznummern, sodass Sie gleichzeitig großes Gepäck abstellen können .

Very good experience of stay. The hotel is clean and customer service is helpful and well

Wir haben diesen Ort 3 Monate im Voraus reserviert und dennoch die wir wollten bereits verkauft werden. Wir haben für eine andere Art gebucht. Der Service hier war unverschämt. Das Kurs-Dinner und das Buffet Frühstück war angemessen. Wir waren leider, dass es während unseres 1-Nacht-Aufenthalts hier regnete und wir konnten Mt Fuji nicht sehen. Es gibt auch eine Weinsalon und eine Trommel-Show und Bingo-Spiel in der Nacht.

service upon and during stay were great! however the staff were really indifferent after we checked out :( i am almost 7 months pregnant with a big belly and was standing in the cold with my luggages waiting for my husband but no one offered help. the staff just walked past me.. the cleanliness can be improved, we found a used plaster in our room at our private open air bath. and the showering area drainage is clogged, when we showered our feet became oily from the clogged drain. but i must say we loved the amenities and activities provided by the hotel which included the taiko drum and piano performances in the night, as well as the free yukata rental. loved the view from hotel even more! private open air bath in the room was great and temperature of the water can be adjusted by the hotel personnel as well, just give the reception a call. the mt fuji view from the open air bath on in our room was not fantastic as it was on the left side, but it was good enough. just a small view of the whole mountain. my husband went to the public open air onsen on the 10th floor (segregated timings for men and women respectively) and he said the view of the mt fuji was very very nice, five times better than in the room, and the mountain looked bigger and nearer. the in room dining for dinner was 8 course meal and very filling. loved the black wagyu fillet steak (small piece, can’t choose doneness, it was well cooked). it was delicious! the breakfast buffet at garden terrace had good view of the gardens too. had a wide variety of food from japanese to western. very sumptuous. check in early after 2.30pm to enjoy the amenities and services! you get to enjoy complimentary tea at at the tea house but it closes at 6pm. club lounge free snacks and drinks will end at 6pm too.

Quite close to amenities ! Good resort style stay ! Would love to stay longer if time permits!
