Zum Transport: Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof Kawaguchiko zum Hotel ist mit dem Bus erreichbar. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel alle 15 Minuten. Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Nach dem Hekou Lake Station rufen Sie das Hotel an, es wird ein Bus kommen. Das Hotel wird auch Gäste zum Bahnhof am nächsten Tag schicken. Der letzte Bus ist 10 Uhr. Gute Kraft kann auch selbst zum Hotel gehen, etwa 2 km. Ausstattung: Es gibt einen öffentlichen Badewanne bis 12 Uhr morgens und die Tür öffnet um fünf Uhr morgens. Der öffentliche Badewanne ist getrennt. Am nächsten Tag wird der öffentliche Badewanne zwischen Männern und Frauen ausgetauscht, damit Sie alle verschiedene Landschaften sehen können. It’s about 10 mins car ride from train station to gran princess hotel. There is no pick up service or shuttle bus after 5 pm so very inconvenient esp those who are out to various attractions esp its cold wintry weather season. You can call from tourism centre between 3 pm to 5 pm. There are not many taxis around and have to wait for a long time and hotel staff does not offer help to do any booking for us and it’s wet and cold for all of us.  The morning breakfast BBQ and onsen are a plus and you can chill out otherwise it’s far to get to 7 eleven store. In house restaurant is not available if you do not book one day in advance and only have option of ordering room service which a bit pricey.

I arrived at Kawaguchiko Station in the afternoon and decided to leave my luggage at a locker near the station before visiting Oshino Hakkai. I returned to the station around 5 PM to retrieve my luggage and called the hotel to inquire about their FREE Shuttle Bus service. Luckily, I caught the shuttle bus back to the hotel in time. The driver was very polite and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both ways. The hotel had a nice and standard atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to provide me with all the information needed. My room was a 20 square meter Lake View Room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It had two single beds, a desk and chairs The entrance had a large mirror and the storage space. Unfortunately, the remaining space in the room was too small to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Luckily, I was alone, so I used the second bed to store my belongings. The bathroom was small but well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, and an automatic toilet. The onsen was located on the 6th floor and was divided into male and female sections. It was clean and spacious. However, around 8-10 PM, it got quite crowded. If you're not accustomed to this culture, you might want to visit during the morning. (Operated Time : 3PM-2AM & 5-10 AM) The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I checked the menu and decided to purchase a dinner coupon at the lobby. The dinner buffet was served from 6-9 PM. Breakfast (7-9AM) was included in my package and was slightly different from dinner. Overall, the food was decent but not exceptional. I recommend arriving early for dinner to avoid the crowds. Key Points: - The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service every 30 minutes between the hotel and Kawaguchiko Station. - There are no convenience stores near the hotel. The hotel's convenience store has limited options. - There is only one restaurant near the hotel, and it's only open for lunch. If you don't have a car, your dining options are limited to the hotel's buffet or instant ramen (from hotel's convenient store at Lobby 1st floor).

The location is more suitable for driving to, much like being in a forest resort. Although the rooms show signs of age, the space is very spacious and comfortable. While it's a bit inconvenient to walk a distance to reach the hot springs within the resort, it can still be considered a pleasant stroll.
