Premier Inn Frome

We stayed here last minute as we had a major issue with a different hotel. We booked 30 minutes before arriving and I realised I had accidentally booked for one adult rather than two, we were greeted by a lovely lady Cara, very friendly and welcoming. I explained to Cara that I accidentally booked for one adult and she assured me it was no problem and assigned a two person room. We then decided to stay another night and requested the same room. This time we spoke to Lucy who was equally helpful (and another lady in the morning, again super helpful). The staff really make this place! Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. Room was pretty standard for a Premier Inn, it was clean. Although we hadn’t originally planned to stay here for the cost and the service, we’d definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn for a business trip and found it to be a reliable and comfortable choice as always. - Clean and comfortable rooms: The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had slept soundly each night. - Good value for money: The prices were reasonable for the quality of the room I stayed in. - Convenient location: The hotel was conveniently located near to where I needed to be. - Friendly and helpful staff: The staff were friendly in particular Cara who I had found very helpful, attentive and always willing to assist with any queries I had.

The floor in our room and the room above were incredibly annoying! They creaked so loudly when walking. We got woken up multiple times throughout the night by the people above us just walking around their room. I wouldn’t stay here again! Apart from having the worst night sleep, the room was clean and the receptionist was great.
