The "WEEKEND STAY" is a complete rip-off, it is a SATURDAY ONLY stay. We had to check out at 10:00 AM, NO EXCEPTIONS possible. Late checkout paid or complimentary is excluded. We had to return the spa/pool chips as well and could not use the spa on Sunday at all (March 10th). We have asked the reception manager about the possibility to vacate the room and to use the spa/pool. He was technically polite, but resolute - no exceptions. His reply: "You could have used the pool since 7 AM till 10 AM!" The mindest and processes are at the "state-operated sanatorium" level, the private weekend guests are a disturbance for these. Otherwise, the room was clean, the meals and the facilities were quite good, although not really value for money. The hotel has some charme and flair of the past times - the potential is for sure there, but you have to change the processes, the mindset and the management first.
