Nice and cozy. The surrounding is vibrant. Clean as well but I think cleaning especially around doors’ corners could be slight bit better.

Had a great stay. Room was big & staff friendly. Close to LeiGang station. There is a nice lake park nearby which light up at night not to be missed.

Reception service is very good, Eric helped me to pick up the food delivery. The location of the hotel is the best.

Since this is my first trip to China, I do not know how to get to many places. A beautiful girl named Daisy explained to me warmly and patiently. I am very lucky to meet such a good staff

When I checked in, Mr. Eric helped me to check in although I was in a foreign country, the communication was still smooth and unhindered. The whole experience was really great

location is excellent, as it is next to a big mall and metro station. hotel breakfast is awesome with excellent service. room is clean, my twin bed is of comfotable double bed size. we were provided with welcome bag of fruit, and a free wash and drying of clothings at their laundry room

Stayed for one night with my family.. the place is very clean and nice facility. I was given a welcome package with some fruits. The service is great overall. The laundry service is available for a fee, which is a bit strange to me compared to other hotels. I will see if they will make change to this for future stay.

This is the third stay for us at the hotel in the last 6 weeks and it feels just like coming home. For me the best part about this hotel is the sense of calm I feel as soon as I walk in the lobby, the quiet music, the soft scent in the air, plus the warm greetings from the staff. The room is spacious, well appointed and clean. The bed is comfortable with soft smooth linens and warm comforters. Every time we needed something, whether if it was for more bottles of water or adjusting the temperature control, it’s always attended to immediately. There’s a lot of varieties at the breakfast buffet, and the coffee is amongst the best I have ever had. We’ve been travelling around in Asia for the past few months and have stayed in quite a few hotels, and I can certainly call this hotel our home away from home. I think they have exceeded their goal of making our stay better and brighter, and I can surely recommend this hotel to everyone !!

Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

1. Pls hire more staff who can sepak English fluently. Eventhough in fornt hotel staff some of them can not cummnunicate in English, but this is the international hotel chain. 2. Waiting area at the lobby is limited seated.

Just cross the road to find shopping mall which also has access to metro station. Very clean hotel. They also have laundrymat, just buy the coins at reception.
